I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Toyota Corolla Cross from Stadium Toyota! My salesman was Jeancarlos Cabeller Rios and he was sooo helpful and kind. I was not pressured at all at any time, which I really appreciate. Jeancarlos even took the time to show me how to sync my phone into the car and navigate through all the new electronic features. He even picked me up at the airport after I returned my rental. This is my 3rd Toyota from Stadium and salesmen like Jeancarlos are the reason I keep coming back!

I will say buying a car can be stressful. Buying two cars at the same time is an enormous task. After trying two other dealerships with mediocre results, my daughter and I went to Gettel Stadium Toyota. Immediately we connected with John Mangual and we both felt the vibes were positive!!! I cannot say enough good things about John and Gettel Stadium Toyota!!!! My daughter and I are so happy with our new vehicles, and the outcome was made with ease, friendly atmosphere, and support from everyone we met! Thank you all so much for making this the best experience!

I don't understand what is happening with the maintenance services, it is terrible, within a period of 11 days, how the inspection changes, without having resolved anything, I leave you photos, without counting the hours for the bad work.

No different than any other car dealer. They offer an internet price to bring you in but deliver something different when you show up. Hide behind fine print on the internet. Maybe instead of worrying about fees on hotels Joe Biden should do something about car dealers lying. Don't trust Big Mike.

Well the price of the car appeared to be fairly decent I couldn't quite understand all the numbers. However one thing that did disturb me greatly was having to pay for tinting on my windows when I didn't want it. Your cost was $600. I can get it done on my own which I have been since 2005 when I've dealt with you when you were Stadium Toyota for $200. But when I asked that that feature be taking off my purchase I was told it could not be taken off and I would have to settle for that. I do not like having to be made to pay for something I do not want for whatever reason through the company. If this comes up next year chances are very great that I will not be dealing with your company.

I bought a car from here a couple of weeks ago, they are really attentive and the car I bought was clean and in perfect condition even though it was used and I had looked at a few other cars, they were surprisingly clean. I have bought and sold many cars over the years, I know many companies, but it is hard to find such a meticulous, clean and selective company, you can be sure of that, thank you for everything

Saw a 1 year old truck, with under 1000 miles online that Gettel Stadium Toyota advertised.. Price seemed good, so I initiated contact online and got additional photos, Carfax report, and additional info.
The Sales "consultant" was very helpful, and I mentioned that I was interested and wanted to see the itemized proposal for the best "Out the Door" price...
Imagine my shock, when I opened the email to see a final price after all the "fees", and other, "extras" were added up.
The total was 47% HIGHER, than the advertised Sale price!!!!
NOTE: I am not including the $400 tag fee.
Items added on were::
$1200 dealer "fee"
$485 Electronic filing "fee"
$2200 Optional Gettel CarShield Warranty (The vehicle is still covered under factory warranty!!!)
And $5000 for "Additional dealer profit"
Dealers like Gettel Stadium Toyota, bait and switch customers with misleading Advertised prices to lure them in. Then shock and awe them with unexpected, buried/hidden "fees"...
No thank you..I will not Buy from Gettel.

Was generally a normal experience with buying a used car.
Two tires were worn out almost entirely and salesman said he would get them replaced. We finished the transaction around 9pm, so he said I would have to pick the car up in the morning because service is closed for the day.
Next day it took me 4 hours of waiting to get the car… and the tires weren’t replaced.
I’ve since contacted the sales person and manager three times via email. Extremely disappointed they dropped the ball big time at the moment of truth.

I have been going to Stadium Toyota for over 10 years after I bought my first car there. I bought my second car there this past weekend and had a great experience with Xavier. He really helped me get what I needed after my AC died in my old car.

Salesman Xavier Jr was an incredible guy. Courteous, caring. The guy listened and really cares about my needs and wants when purchasing. But if you want to either pay cash or come pre financed, do not go here. They brought out who I'm assuming is a person from the finance department who basically scolded me and demanded that I used their financing or nothing. "We DO NOT accept outside financing." And then walked off. I'm sure he wasn't happy about losing out on commission from me not taking a loan with them. I was intending to pay for the car outright, but they insisted and did not let me go through with the purchase unless I went with Southeast Toyota finance. I don't know what kind of money they make from credit applications, but they will not let you buy unless you finance through them. Save yourself the time.
