“The staff here is super helpful! I am newer to running and wanted to get a nice pair of shoes that worked for me. The staff went above and beyond to help find the exact pair that I needed. They are super knowledgeable and have all the tools to measure your feet. I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely come here if you need some better shoes for training.”
“I ordered 19k worth of stuff from them. Ordering process was easy and the prices were fair, they offer great discounts if you order a lot of stuff in bulk. The initial order was easy to place. The stuff arrived in about 4 weeks. They had an issue with the delivery and it had to be rescheduled. It took a few days but Garrett and his team resolved the issue and made it right. Loving my new gym.”

“Update 12/16/23:I came to this location during the grand opening week and had a great experience with customer service and everything else. It seems unfortunately they are turning into another big box store, where they rarely answer their phone and when they do they won’t tell you somethings in stock, or when it will be in stock again. I’ve called just about every day over the past couple weeks. Wondering when they’re going to get corn in stock. Every time I get the same excuse of we don’t have any in stock but there’s a new truck we haven’t unloaded yet, so call back tomorrow… They can’t advise me at all when the next shipment of corn is coming in I was using them on a regular basis for corn, but I guess I’ll start going to the Feed Store again…Awesome place! I like it better than bass pro! Better organized and much better staff. Good prices too. I compared to Amazon and this store was always very close and the shoes were cheaper! Fishing, hunting, camping, boating, clothings, guns, etc. I could walk around here all day”

I love this place! It is a "No non-sense," "common-sense" place that you can get in and get out with no real hassle. I also go to Shooter's World, and I hate how long it can take before you start shooting. I have been going to Shooting Sports for years, and Matt and Cheryl are good people. Also, I think the A/C system in the lanes has been upgraded. With its older-style ventilation system in Florida heat, it is going to get hot. When I first started going to Shooting Sports, it was like a sauna right when you walk in. But, within the last year or so, they must have upgraded the A/C system, because it is not blistering hot when you walk into the lanes, and when you turn on the floor fans, you can actually feel cold air at your back. The experience is even more enjoyable when you become an Annual member, which is a third of what Shooter's World wants. Become a member, and you barely pause at the front desk before going right for the pistol lanes. Show them your membership card and go. Get an even better deal with its FAMILY Membership for a few dollars more. I love this place!”
“This place is a real class-act. I stopped there a couple days ago and the sales clerk was really pleasant and helpful and well spoken and professional, even though he helped me try on a couple pairs and I didn't buy anything on that stop. Then a couple days later I called ahead to make sure they had a certain pair of shoes and a different sales clerk was just as professional helping me over the phone and when I got there in person to buy them. He even offered to stay a few minutes past close because he knew I was driving in last-minute from over an hour out-of-town, though thankfully I got there just before close. Compare this to the rant of a one-star review I left recently for the New Balance store in the Tampa Westshore Mall where I bought a pair the other day. Talk about extremes....it's like a "Tale of Two Cities" (a "Tale of Two New Balance Stores?"). I don't normally leave reviews for anything because nobody reads them and they have no effect, but these two stores were so extreme I made exceptions.”

“In my almost 7 years here in Tampa, as a former FSU student, I greatly appreciate this store and the concept! I cannot tell you how nice everyone that works here is. I accidentally left my debit card at the store a few weeks ago when I went to pick some things up and when I got home I had a voicemail saying that I had left my debit card and if I wasn’t going to make it back before the store closed, Marylou said that she could take it to her house and I could pick it up from her home. That right there is the definition of going above and beyond! She may just be the greatest sales person on the face of the Earth with an amazing personally to go along with it! If you have questions about something you might like to see in the store, she has answers! “4th spa purchased from Robertson’s. We host vacation rentals tried to save on my 3rd purchase. Went back to Caldera, cost a little more up front but SO worth the extra! Delivery wasn’t without a hick up but these are large heavy pieces of equipment, determined crew.”
“I was able to find the aerator that I needed for my boat. The store is the smallest we have ever been in. The staff were very courteous and the store was very clean as expected from BPS. As always, the family and I could spend all day in BPS looking around and finding something to buy. This store is located in a place that is not visible from the road and you would not know it was there. I found it by GPS since I was trying to find the aerator for my boat. This popcorn is phenomenal and has just the right amount of spice. BPS at this location also supports veteran owned businesses. They have a hot sauce in their novelty section that is veteran owned. We had met the owners while stationed in Georgia at the base swap meet. The hot sauce comes in a glass hand grenade with a dog tag attached to it. We bought the orange and the green sauce from their booth in GA. THANK YOU BPS for supporting our veterans, as I am a proud veteran myself.”

I demoed a couple of tennis racquets and then decided to buy 2 of the Tecnifibre TF40 315s because I loved it so much! Within 24 hours Brett was able to get me 2 from their Miami location, and had them strung for me so I can have them in time for my next match. I'll definitely be returning for all my tennis gear. Kristen (manager) and Pattie (sales AND in-store poster model - really?!) were so helpful. I admit I miss that service when online shopping.”
