I had 4 photos to reference what I want at about 5 inches in length, but the stylist cut it down to 1" on the sides and like 1.5" on top. Although friendly, I am very unhappy and will not be returning here.
Updating from 2 to 1 star because in just 2 weeks the haircut grew out even worse than the original cut was. Total waste of $40 bucks. I'm pissed
Requested style: They will disregard any ideas you might have for your own hairstyle and start snipping away as they please.

Not only do they charge $27.00 for a haircut they now charge 10 bucks to use a foil shaver on the back of your neck and say their owner watches their cameras and that they will be fired if they use the shaver for 1 minute and don't charge $10. So when you don't do this guys you leave the place with a neck that still needs shaved. Only this store on Gandy charges for the shaver by the way. It's typically dead while Great Clips around the corner is packed and cuts are considerably less money.

They need to fix there check in system. Everytime I check in online and then arrive on time, the appointment always get pushed up another 15-20 Minutes. They need to figure out there system and appointment times. This is ridiculous ?

Complete BS they way they do online waiting now. All the guests before me said online, I was the only in store waiting, twice a chair became available and I patiently waited and was ignored for 5-10 minutes both times until someone from online came in and checked in, then was immediately taken. Worst experience and customer service possible, I am present and the chair is open, I should take priority over someone who checked in via google maps and might not even show up. I’ve been coming here for years getting average haircuts and now I will not be back.
