Worst store, worst customer service experience since cell phones were invented. I never should have transferred service to them to save money when they are scamming people out a temporary phone they recommended to be a temporary solution so I could continue business with my cell phone number. They claim they never had record of ever receiving the phone when I returned it to them. Don’t let them fool you too and steal your returned phone, and charge you for a ghost phone/line/insurance even when you go in the store for help and when you are following all their steps to ensure you don’t get charged but they will still charge you and act like it’s your fault. They don’t want to refund me for the service either I never used for the phone I returned to them since the phone is still active but how is it active when I don’t have the phone and it’s never been used as you can see that line has no activity and my current line does from the time I got the new iPhone 15 when service started on that phone. It doesn’t make sense but that’s how they will steal your money with these sneaking business practices that innocent customers don’t know about and can’t see from our end. Leonard (in this store) said he was cancelling the service on the temp line, while he was helping set me up with a new iPhone 15 and helped me return the old phone and cancel service. But somehow I log in June 2025 into my account online and saw I was paying for this phone I returned Sept 2024. Over $700 in refund due to me after I did everything as instructed by Spectrum. The ticket was cancelled with no called back from customer service, no refund, out $700 all because I didn’t provide proof of the return (duh because I returned it to you in the store packaged to go out). I returned it to them in the store and they assured the phone would be shipped out with the rest of their packages. Here I am still being charged for as if I still had the temp phone and using it. I’m so pissed and taking my business elsewhere and think everyone should too. They will eventually do you dirty. Stay away from them! You get poor service and poor customer service! Don’t expect any refund ever or them being smart enough to suspend service (it took 4 phone calls and 4 ppl before someone thought to suspend the phone service). You have to prove to them when something goes wrong caused by their faulty business practices - just like I remember my experience with cable service and equipment - you will get the same service in mobile services.

David Jordan treated me with yelling and pointing fingers at me and insulted me in from of many other customers, I just came to return a phone and the customer service, spectrum website everything says we can return a phone bought at a store to any store the way he yelled and behaved I don’t think he deserves to be at customer service, I had to drive back and forth because of his attitude . I request the management to take severe action on such behaviors please, order colleagues were also there as evidence they all felt bad the way he treated me such an unprofessional I have never seen in my entire Global career. This is the worst behavior I have ever seen from a customer service I am assuming he is a new joiner if not good bless this store!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I came in here today, 6/29/25 to return a Wi-Fi pod that I had received immediately and after several attempts to set it up I was told by a representative over the phone that it had a malfunction and it did not work. I already have an extender anyway that is not with spectrum that seems to work fine so I returned this back to the store because I just received it two days ago and was trying to set it up which was unsuccessful.
I walked into the store about 12:05 PM. They had just opened there was one customer in there, so I waited for Jorge to come out and assist. He seemed like he was an honest person that worked for Spectrum and told me the pod had been removed from my account and he canceled that. He tried to offer me two free lines of service told me that would be free. I would just have to pay for the phone. I told him no thank you I was not interested and that was that. He told me he cannot give me a receipt right then and there, but would be happy to email it to me once he completed everything on my account and told me look out for an email. About 20 minutes later I had already left. I noticed an email from Spectrum.I did not pay any attention to it because I thought it was my receipt for returning the Pod. An hour later, I received two more emails from Spectrum saying my service order has been updated. I thought this was an email notifying me that my pod that I had returned has been received however surprisingly it was an email showing that I had added multiple services to my account that I knew nothing about and did not agree to! Never was even talked to me about adding TV service or anything else other than adding two cell phone lines and I told him no. I immediately called customer service because I did not want to drive back up there and cuss him out because I felt so upset and frustrated that a representative in the store or even over the phone would do something like this! This is uncalled for and very unprofessional! The supervisor Dominic that I spoke with over the phone assured me that the additional services that I had not asked for or even were offered have been removed my account and everything is back to what I previously had. If anyone goes to the store Do not let Jorge Reyes assist you! Because if you do, you will leave with the service services not added to your account. Dominic, who was a supervisor in the call center was very helpful however.

This is the worse store spectrum has they need to remove the people in this store that works there even the manager. They have the worse customer service ever. It is sad when management dont even know their own policy instead rather be a nasty individual. Yes spectrum does not do warranty exchanges but as a manager and employee they are suppose to say it nicely and offer an upgrade to prevent any further issued the manager needs to be fired and a new one brought into this store and them trained correctly

I recommend this location over the one on bearss and Dale Mabry any day one of my cable boxes broke when I had to swap it out I was in and out in 5 minutes the last time I had a box break I went to Bears and Dale maybe we were there for almost 2 hours it's worth driving to the one in Westchase.

Hubby and I went in to switch over from Verizon to Spectrum, and to purchase new phones. Marcia was amazing. It was a long process dealing with Verizon on the phone. She was so patient and kind and stayed with us helping us from start to finish. Patiently answered all my dumb questions. We had no clue what we were doing, Marcia was absolutely wonderful guiding us through, making us feel confident with our purchases and switching over. Will most definetly go back for future purchases.

Leyshla provided the best service! I wandered in to get information about adding a line and also upgrade my phone. Leyshla greeted me immediately and was able to answer all the questions I had (and there were a lot!). While answering my questions she was able to upgrade my phone and seamlessly transfer my data from my old phone. She did all of this with a smile and great sense of humor! What a pleasant experience!

Hello I went to this store because I had received a call from spectrum number saying I could loose internet connection had I not returned the router and modern. So I went to the store and when I was trying to explain to Diego Romero what they had told me he was rude. He said oh the equipment had cocoroaches abd 1 I did not know that. 2 he said it in a loud voice and I don't know if he is used to screaming to people and customera but not me so I raised ny voice back. He then said I need to leave the store. So I want going to leave when he needs to accept responsibility for his actions and del with the consequences. I called the FBI and when I talked to them they said I needed to the sheriff's office. So I was transfered and they told me give them the adress and explain when I explain to the operator she said to go back to the spectrum person and talk to him and if he continued his rude behavior to stay in the store and call the deputy line back so They could send a deputy and see what he was doing. So I hanged up with law enforcement and went back to Diego Romero the spectrum worker. He then didn't want to recognize his actions and just gave me the new equipment without letting me explain thoroughly what happened with the spectrum caller. So if u go to this store try not to be seen with Diego Romero because he is a rude attendee with the customers. I have been to this facilty and never had an issue until I met this dude. So try not to talk to him as much as possible. I will also file a police report of the incident now that I was told by the police to do that. I'm leaving the review here so u all know who u deal with if u get Diego Romero. Unless today he learned his lesson he should not be serving in the front. I will also file a complaint by calling spectrum and filing a report of the incident. They have cameras and they know what happened. So he needs to be relaxed and have a better attitude. Very bad experience today. Instead of a 5 today they get a 1 for saving an arrogant and rude worker there.

My husband and I tried to switch our service to spectrum. We tried to do it over the phone and we had nothing but trouble. We decided to go into the store and had Leyshla help us. She was fast and very calm. We thought we lost our original number. She assured us that we will have our original numbers and so we did. She made our experience a real good one.

I’ll tell you something about my experience in the store I came in with a problem with my internet. You have to say that frontier is a piece of dodo just for those feeeeees men. But the girl Marcia she made my day with those amazing prices you see she is very professional and very understanding. She manage to give tv, internet and mobile for better price. Pleassssssssse give a raise she deserves that.
