If there is a Spectrum store here, there is no signage and no parking for it. Rather awkward experience driving around an apartment complex looking for any kind of signage - especially when it isn't to be found

On top of all the other reviewers about terrible service, this business is also run by liars and scammers run this business. Had a salesman knock on my door to convince me to switch over to Frontier. He sold me on a package bundle which was more than what I was paying for with Frontier (I don't want or need cable), but told me that I could cancel in 30 days and that there would be not a single charge, and that on the 30th day, I could also call and cancel the cable portion of my account and the internet price would be lower than Frontier. I called, and guess what, the internet price didn't go down, and after talking to a manager, they said they could knock $5 off. So then I cancelled my service, the customer rep told me there would be no charge if I returned the equipment. I returned the equipment to this store, but they're still billing me for the month of service.Frontier's service is really no better, but at least they haven't lied to me. These cable monopolies need to be destroyed.

I have literally never worked with such a terrible customer service. I was forced to use them as my internet provider in my old apartment, and upon moving I decided to transfer service in order to avoid a ton of fees by opening a new account with a different provider. I called a few days in advance to get the account transferred (so I thought). The representative talked to me about his personal life for 20 minutes then assured me everything was good to go. Sure enough, I move in and the wifi doesn’t work. I call customer service, only to be transferred 9 times with no help. Finally after hours of being on hold, multiple hang ups and transfers, I discover the first guy entered the wrong address...BUT NO ONE IN ANY DEPARTMENT has the capability to fix it. Finally, a manger updates my address, pushes my service call to the top of the priority list and gets someone out to me the next day. The guy arrives without notice (had no idea what time he was actually coming) only to find out they don’t even offer service in my area. Thanks for wasting a week of my time, and adding to the headache of moving. I will never use Spectrum again.

After yet another visit by the Spectrum "expert" my family now has 6 TV's that act as radios ...no screen picture at all ... He did admit that "whatever" he was doing he could not guarantee would work . He made comments how the equipment installed on the neighborhood telephone polls was probably faulty ... Please fellow customers stay away ....FAR , FAR away from Spectrum !!!!

Same thing happed to me exactly like the previous post when we got charged for cancelled service because it was prior to the end of the current billing month. They should at least gave a courtesy reminder during the cancel request.

Terri, the customer service rep. That i worked with was incredible!! She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Once i gave my account # it was smooth sailing after that. I would recommend trying to work with her if possible. With everthing i had to do, don't forget to bring bring ur account # and then ur done as pong as u called their customer service line before going to everything that was documented in that call will be available to her or whoever you work with. I have had zero issues with Spectrum for the 6 years I had them. I was recently stationed in Korea and needed to cancel my services. I had an easy time canceling however they failed to explain that my date that I requested my services canceled bled over to a new billing cycle by 2 days. Which in turned caused me to be charged for a full month. I called to see why I was charged and they explained that since it fell into a new billing cycle I am charged a full month's worth and that they do not pro-rate for when you cancel. The representive on the phone was very polite although this system issue within Spectrum itself is embarrassing. I cannot fathom how a company will charge an entire month's payment for 2 days of service.

It's 2020 and Spectrum sure not have the ability to combine multiple owner accounts for viewing history and record keeping. Overpriced and hate it but needed for the remaining limited services to stay connected.

absoutely horrible phone customer service. We ordered the tyson fight paid for it and was not able to view. When i called customer service, they said we did not order. But ... we were charged. Phone girl had horrible customer service.
