We went in to change 2 phones to Spectrum, from 2 different carriers. Our customer service person Terri was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the two phones we selected had some technical issues and their tech wiz JoJo worked diligently, and successfully, to resolve them to our complete satisfaction.Both of these employees were a delight to work with.

Went today to add a line for my niece to get a new iPhone Terri at Spectrum in Midtown was excellent. Service was exceptional. She has great customer service. Very helpful and patient. Will definitely go back to do service with her! Thank you so much this made my niece very happy !!!

Terri is such a treasure at this location! She was attentive and patient with me as I explained a convoluted issue I was having and she solved the problem easily. She was so helpful I couldn't resist saying YES when she asked if I was interested in switching my phone plan over to Spectrum. I hope her managers appreciate what a kind and valuable person she is. Thank you, Terri!

I had an awesome experience when visiting your store for assistance with my new phone. After speaking with spectrum over the phone I decided to take the phone to them! I was fortunate to be helped by Agent Terri Earls. She explained to me what I was doing incorrectly and promptly corrected my mess. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Terri was super helpful. She helped me return some very old equipment that was difficult to process. This wasn’t something everyone would know how to do but she adapted well to the situation. If you are Terri’s boss reading this consider giving her a big bonus by the end of this year she deserves it!

Went to Spectrum office to return a piece of equipment. There were only 3 associates there already helping customers. There were 4 additional customers waiting. I waied about 30 min then had to leave. During that time they hadn't completed any of the original customers. During my time there at least 5 additional customers came in.

I contacted spectrum about my phone landline that they fixed just a week ago, which I only use for faxing. The person from spectrum screwed up the line so badly I can no longer use my fax. They refused to come out and fix the problem and told me I had to pay. This F******g company took no responsibility for there wrong doing. I am now going to file a complaint with the DPBR, CPA. and any other agency to look into this company and how they operate.I do not recommend using this company EVER unless you have no other choice . Contact an attorney to see what your rights are!

Received my VOIP bill [phone bill] and it had increased 33% with no notification. When I called the rep. said that I was notified on the previous bill under news and information. I had 3 people read that area and it was NOT there...so she out and out lied. [ And I have the proof with the previous bill]. This is the Spectrum way of doing business. I would call this unethical and a really scum way of doing business. I would Dis sway anyone from using a business with these sneaky practices.

Staff was so rude. Was just returning equipment and they seemed to not want to take it. Made me sign in and wait even though there was one other customer in the store that was already being helped and there were three employees standing behind the desk chatting. Then once I argued them into taking my equipment they wouldn’t taking the packing materials with it. Said there was no trash can or dumpster to throw them away in. I literally left the box on the counter and walked out. This was terrible customer service. I want to switch providers just bc of how rude the staff was at this location.

Worst customer service ever. I went this morning to return a package that was sent to my house by mistake (I don’t even have spectrum and I will never get any services with them) and they were super rude to me and my husband in front of our 4 years old son. I called Spectrum customer service and I was told to drop the package at any Spectrum store. I went to this particular store and Whelter Ayala treated us like a piece of ***** . He does not know how to deal with customers. He wanted us to go to UPS and drop the package when it was their mistake not ours. I called customer service in front of him and passed the phone to him. He told customer service that we were trying to skip the line, he is such a lier and not respecfull at all. People like him should not work with customers.
