This place is horrible. They have nobody working people walking in and not even signing up getting served before people sitting there. Go somewhere else.

Just need to return equipment and the person at the desk is so slow. Been waiting for an hour and she is still stuck with the same customer I saw when I came in. Keep chatting-laughing-joking. Have 12clients waiting on list, but just have 2 employees. Terrible

DEFNITELY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT/RESERVATION ON THEIR WEBSITE. I had a 10:20 appt today. I got to the store at 10am and was our the door by 10:10am. There were a few customers but they had a great Rep named THOMAS! He was walking around helping people sign in, etc. The 2 other customer service reps were helping other customers so Thomas checked in my equipment real quIck and I was on my way! THANK YOU THOMAS!!

They treat people like garbage . They add anybody who walks in as an authorized user on anybody's account. If you're thinking of committing fraud, this is the store to go. They display discriminatory behavior, caught two female associates discussing that they should speak quickly, as to overwhelm bilingual customer so he wouldn't understand, become frustrated and just leave. Overall, garbage store and garbage staff. I finally understand when people say "I wish I could give it zero stars".

All the reviews concerning the store are accurate. If you are coming in, you will be here for hrs like you are going to the DMV. But my review is more concerned on the internet service to warn others to choose another ISP. This past Monday my internet was shutoff at 445pm due to severe weather, tho there was not a drop of rain in the sky. No storms. Nothing. I sell insurance with a home business and was on a sales call. My internet was out for 7 plus hrs that day. I could not respond to that client due to zero internet as thats how all my calls our routed. I ended up losing nearly $300 in commission due to Spectrum. They said if its over 4 hrs they would credit me back. Got a text this AM stating it was not 4hrs so no credit. Called them to say thats a lie and they offered me $1.50 in credit to the nearly $300 I lost. Using Spectrum is like paying for a car that only works 29 out of 30 days in a mth. If you are a home business or work remotely....I hope this story resonates with you to use Frontier instead.
