This review is for anyone considering a position here. First of all I will say the Manager of the branch is extremely professional. The Corporate people of the company I have mixed reviews about. I was a new hire and was let go during training for sales rep. I was expected to learn hundreds of products that all do different things and in 4 days plus their computer system from 1980 that looks like words in the beginning of a matrix movie on the screen. My trainer acted friendly but I could tell he had an issue with me day 1. I felt asking a question was upsetting for him. Kinda “If show you how to do 30-40 steps 1 time then you should know it forever” and then a new process right after and the cycle repeated for close to 10 hours a day. I had no roofing experience coming in and that was a disadvantage but they claimed if I was willing to learn they were willing to teach me. I am disappointed because I really thought this company was serious about people’s careers and futures. Not making irrational decisions on the 4th or 5th day of training because I didn’t know every detail of products. Product knowledge is key to me and my introduction to hundreds of products was walking around the ware house 1 time with trainer. Who was a stranger to me and felt telling me how much of racist he “wasn’t” for some reason repeatedly during training , and it was written all over his face he was not happy about flying to Florida to train me on my new position. In fact he is the reason in 4 days I was let go. Hope they bring in someone who cares about a new hires success. Truth be told the moment he got on the plane I lost the position and he knew it.

On June 24, 2018 this company was replacing the roof on the house across the street from my mothers house. They had two large trucks run into my mothers front yard causing damage her property.I called the builder that day and have followed up weekly with them on this issue.I got a quote as they requested for the repairs and its $250 for dirt and sod to have lawn service repair the grade to ditch area.As of today over 3 months later they have yet to rectify this issue.I was told by Darrell to contact the corporate office and speak to Frank. I have called twice and left message for Frank, he has yet to return my calls.My mother is 70 years old, the front yard in that area where the damage is can not be mowed and is hazardous cause someone could break a leg in these deep trenches.I would suggest if they can not fix a $250 repair for damages they caused to reconsider using another company.
