I have owned 10 Beef ‘O’ Brady’s restaurants over the last 20 years in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Polk counties. South Tampa printing has handled 100% of our printing needs. What makes them different from the “other guys” is that they have the technology of 2023 but the same great/personal service of 2003. You can order online but you can also skip the annoying red tape of most companies and directly talk to Laurie or Ross. I would highly recommend S Tampa printing…especially if you are a business owner who values quality work and awesome personal service.

Lazy folks that should have wheels on their chairs so they don’t need to stand up and walk up to the counter... Capable but just to lazy to do the job... There’s a reason this tiny print shop is so small and that’s because the people are very lazy... You’ll regret ever going to South Tampa Print Shop...

Horrible customer experience. I spoke with two people on the phone. One of them couldn't understand that 3x2 = 6. He thought having 3 sections on two different sheets meant there would be 8 total sections. They were both incredibly rude and derogatory, and the woman I spoke with laughed at me on the phone since I told her I specifically wanted a quote on either 50 or 100 pamphlets but I wasn't 100% sure on how many I wanted since I wanted pricing to determine that. I also told them the size of the pamphlets that I had designed and they said they don't usually make pamphlets that size. I asked if they had a pricing on their standard pamphlets with a glossy finish but was unable to get that from them. They told me I needed to send over the version I made first to determine that. Not sure why I couldn't have gotten a price estimate on the phone. The man I spoke with also thought that a bi-fold was actually a tri-fold. Apparently he didn't learn in school that bi=2. Highly recommend you never work with these unprofessional, low IQ morons. I couldn't have had a worse experience. Just wanted a rough estimate on price but wasn't able to get it. Avoid!!

I called to confirm I could bring a jump drive up to get some pages printed. The gentleman said yes they can help with that. I tell him Im on my way and will be there in a few minutes. I get there and he points to lady on the phone and said she has to help me but is on a conference call. I asked how long and he said should only be a few but he doesn't know for sure. I explained I was the one who just called why didn't he say to wait to come up if someone was unavailable to help me, he explains the call was supposed to be at 1230 and they just called. I only needed 6 pages printed for a job interview tomorrow and he couldn't even help me. I recommend he is trained how to print from a jumpdrive or be honest on the call to save a trip. I know my few pages wasn't but pennies in their pocket but very inconsiderate.
