I placed an order with Zara, and unfortunately they shipped it through this company. Today at 11 am it appeared on the tracking link that they had attempted to make the delivery but there was no response, which is impossible since I called the condominium security and they never came (here they should register entries) and I was at home, they never rang my doorbell, in other words, they did not come. The package is missing and they are not answering!!! What a bad experience and I hope it appears today! I also paid 20 USD for shipping so that it would arrive today! It seems very distasteful that this company blatantly lies by saying they attempted delivery without actually doing so. I called customer service and they are not responding! I will update you on what happens but judging by the comments, it seems that lying and deceiving is a common practice for this company.

WOW. I ordered something from Zara, it left Miami Wed evening and got to me 7am in Tampa. Amazing service !!!! Better than FedEx or UPS.

She rang the bell and waited until I got there. I'm 80 and use a walker so it took some time. Many deliveries from many places just drop the package and run.

Package says it was delivered at 10:56 am and that I signed for it. No one has been to my apartment or knocked on my door. There is nothing in my mailbox either. So how could I have signed for something that never came? Called their customer service and spoke with someone who said they would figure out what happened and call me back. If they correct this I will update my rating, but delivering to someone else and not checking their ID on a signature service delivery is astonishing.UPDATE: My package randomly showed up the next morning. I checked outside my door the next morning and my package had been delivered. No knock or anything. It was just sitting outside my door. So that is good, and this update will reflect that, but I did not receive a callback like I was told I would.

Pathetic company! I’ve ordered from Zara multiple times and never had an issue until they contacted Sonic. This is the third time I order and my order being returned because these incompetent drivers can’t be bothered to use the call box at the gate.

Absolutely disgusting. The worst company I’ve ever worked with. So unprofessional and unorganized. I’m surprised that you are still in business but I’m sure it will not be for long. I am pulling all my business out with this company and will let all other pharmacy owners my horrible experience
