I went there to get measured for a bra. The woman who helped me had no clue what she was doing and tried to tell me I needed 2 sizes bigger than I needed. When she measured me, she didn't even let the tape measure touch my body, it was really weird. I went to another store after that and that's how I knew she was trying to tell me I needed two sizes bigger.

Wonderful experience - Soma staff takes what is often a shame inducing, mortifying and nerve wracking shopping experience and makes you feel secure, comfortable and shall I say confident! Kim fitted me to my correct size and took so much time working with me to find the perfect fit and style for me. Happily wound up purchasing more than expected. Thank you!

5 Stars – Exceptional Service & Truly Caring Staff
I had one of the best retail experiences I've ever had at Soma in Citrus Park Mall, Tampa. I’ve always struggled to find bras that fit me comfortably, and it’s usually a stressful process—but not this time.
Leah and Assistant Manager Michelle were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to walk me through trying on 11 different bras until we found the perfect fit. Their knowledge and attention to detail made all the difference, and they never once made me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
At one point, I started feeling a little warm, and they even brought me water—just another thoughtful gesture that showed how much they genuinely care about their customers. I was there for nearly an hour, and the entire time they made me feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
Leah and Michelle went above and beyond, and thanks to them, I finally found a bra that fits well and feels great. I can’t recommend this location—and these two associates—highly enough!

Had a wonderful experience with Sherry at Soma. I recently lost a significant amount of weight and was at square one is finding the correct bra size Sherry was knowledgeable extremely patient. I would definitely recommend this location and everyone I have ever encountered there has been extremely helpful.

Be careful during check out. They will tell you that it’s buy one get one 50% off and then when you got home you realized it’s regular price for both and when you called to bring this up (nicely), instead of being apologetic they made it sound the customer is wrong that i didn’t see the sign that offer 3 bras for $99. Well if I buy two bras at checkout why didn’t you say “it’s 3 bras for $99, get another one” instead you said buy one get one 50% off costing me $120. I bought some other stuffs so it didn’t really click until I get home. And I didn’t appreciate your tone blaming the customers instead of offering to return. Do better in customer service please. Next time I’m just gonna buy online. Bad experience in this store.
EDIT: the store manager called and apologized and honored the offer that the sales associate said to me. I’m updating my review cause of this. Thanks for reaching out to your customer and corrected this.

KIM IS SOOOO SWEET!! I walked in because I saw a sale sign and desperately needed a few new bras and needed a fitting because it had been years and I knew I was wearing the wrong size. Kim was the sales-person who assisted me...from discussing what I wanted and what I was concerned about...to actively helping me after each try-on by giving her feedback. I am self conscious about my top half but she made me feel confident. She was so so sweet, helpful, and attentive.
She clearly is an expert at what she does, because her size recommendations were spot on and she made sure I was absolutely comfortable in each bra. She assessed each bra on me and told me what she think would be better, and she was right each time. I left the store the the 2 most comfortable bras I've ever worn, and now know my new bra size.
THANK YOU KIM for helping me out. I will be back to see you hopefully before this sale ends, but definitely in a few more weeks to stock up on some more bras and panties.

Let me tell you, the lady here is RACIST!! If you don't look like a rich white lady who makes makes 100k a year, she will follow you all around the tiny store, attached to your hip and breathing her nasty breath down your back. She didn't let us look at the merchandise without interjecting and trying to push us out the store. I personally couldn't take her deplorable behavior so I went to another store but my sister and friend stayed to look at the panties. Well this old busy body didn't stop and eventually made my sister so uncomfortable they left and didn't purchase anything, mind you we would have probably spent a minimum of $60 if it wasn't for the blatant discrimination. We ended up going elsewhere but never again will I step foot in this store. Disgusting behavior.

Sherry was so sweet and helpful! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my bras again.My daughter also forgot her toy in the store and Sherry went out of her way to call me.

This location Citrus Park, is stocked with the panties I need each time I come to visit. The staff are always pleasant when I arrive and willing to help. I was happy during and after COVID this store remained open and didn't close. Soma panties are super soft and the brand is a hit with my customers.

Stopped in after shopping around to fulfill my last errand and buy new bras. It’d been awhile since I bought some and the manager was SO helpful! The first 4 I tried I immediately purchased! This experience helped my confidence grow and I will recommend Soma to ALL my friends.

I love the way the BODIFY Underwire Bra fits me. I don't even feel the underwire on my body. The bra conforms to your breast and if you have two different size breast it's a blessing to wear the BODIFY bra. I have 4 of them in different colors.

Stopped in to get some things and Kimberly was so sweet and nice. Helped me find what I needed and throughly went above and beyond to make my experience great. I also have to mention Erika who also gave me a great experience! These two young ladies killed it ❤️
