Very poor customer service, not welcoming at all! After standing at the counter for assistance a young guy comes up like he’s annoyed smh I politely asked how you doing and he just looks straight face.. I go okkk np so go into asking a couple questions about trade/sell and was told to come back another day. I immediately ask are you the manager and he says no but I don’t have time today because I have to go run some errands ? ..I went 7 miles to a competitor and got a deal done for 5 pairs of shoes. Turned a lemon day to lemonade seeing as I drove 2 hours from outta. Will never return here unfortunatelyUpdate: SIR what in the world are you talking about lol I don’t even own a skateboard. I own 2 successful businesses why would I walk in a business barefoot!? This is obviously another example of how unprofessional you guys are. I understand people have their own experiences here but I’m only giving a honest review of my attempt to do business here. To make up a COMPLETE LIAR about the situation clearly explains why there were only 2 customers in the store on a beautiful afternoon ?. Always remember in business you’re only as good as your next customer! Learn from your mistakes and grow from there
