Nice and helpful. I had an issue with another shop (not soho) for not having coils for the device they sold me. The owner went out of his way to help me figure out a way to avoid buying yet another device. I have never had any issues here. Check them out!!

The help is totally rude and not knowledgeable. It is fine with me if you do not know something but to get aggressive and rude is not acceptable.

Taking my business elsewhere!!! Not to mention I've been a customer for a couple years and drop 2 to 300 dollars there a month!!! They used to be a great place to get vapes. They don't last like they used to and I just opened one and took 3 puffs and it quit. They don't give you your money back or even PARTIALLY reimburse you. They stated, no one has problems with this brand. So basically I'm screwed

The owner is a cool guy. He's not pushy or aggressive. He recommended a sourin ace system and I've never been more satisfied with the product or prices. His selection is so optimized for quality products.
