I love love living here. From the leasing office Andrew and Haley has been so helpful. They always go above and beyond and will always try to help. They seems to really care about their residents. I feel like I’m living in all service hotel. From the whole process and to moving they are always there too. The complex is beautiful. Concierge are great too. The people living there have been wonderful. On top of that they have free classes, and events all the time. There are so many more benefits. Kudos guys.

Management is rude as can be, 2 bedroom barely even has a kitchen and is still one of the most expensive apartment buildings in the area. I would avoid this building there’s much better ones right next to it with nicer layouts, better prices, and hopefully a nicer staff.

State of the art downtown luxury tower in downtown Tampa. Plenty of amenities within walking distances. Publix, Walgreens and many Ameripubs with cold beer.Tucked away in a quiet edge of downtown, but close to all the happening hot spots.I would live here if circumstances were different.Loving office facilities and a welcoming staff that take you to visit available spaces.

I’ve been here at Skyhouse for about two months and really like it so far. The concierge, front office, and maintenance have gone out of their way to be helpful, above and beyond in some cases. I love having 24/7 package receiving and floor-level security. Every single day I go up to the rooftop pool and sky deck and enjoy free coffee at sunrise with a 360 view of Tampa, the port, and the bay. And the fireplace on these chillier mornings. The heated infinity edge pool is amazing especially on early weekend mornings. Neighbor noise has not been a problem like I thought it might be maybe because I’m on a higher floor with more of the older crowd lol. If you’re on a high floor, you need to be prepared for some wind on the balcony, but I have just employed a few short bungee cords to secure things to the railing and that works great. The apartment layout might have a few small quirks but the floor to ceiling wraparound windows totally make up for it. The other residents I’ve met have also been very friendly and helpful. No complaints here!

This place is amazing! They have an in-house cleaning service so the common areas is always spotless. Top floor has free coffee, gorgeous views, and amazing working and study areas. The gym is clean with lots of option and view of the water. The apartments themselves are even better. I really miss living there and what is better is that the people who work downstairs (office, front desk) are all super helpful and I even got all my deposit after leaving.

Absolute mess of a leasing office! Went in for a tour on 08/09 and was met by the disgruntled community manager Sarah Prahal who looked agitated we even showed up for a tour. After the tour was completed I requested 12/15 month pricing on 2 units. Sarah was to bothered to do that so she only sent pricing at a 12 month term for one unit. So then I called about 15 times before I actually got a response. She said she’d send it over right away… surprise she never did. Called again the next day and was told the other units no longer available and their pricing at the remaining available unit changed , it changed by nearly $300 a month ! But, since I had the quote from the previous day that’s a valid quote. So I went in the office to do an application and they told me oh it’s not available tell October. Mind you we agreed upon an August 23rd date and it was listed on the quote. The other agent went back and forth with me on it as I showed her the quote, then even showed her on the website that it’s still listed is August 23. Her response was oops guess or system didn’t update. Running a leasing office with dates that are modifiable at months at end is insane to me. People have other leases or situations that they are planning around. The bare minimum you could do is reach out. If this is how they run their operations when they are supposed to impress new clients I can’t imagine what living here would be like!

Great location. Emily Torres was great to work with and gave me a great tour of the apartment and answered all of my questions related to pricing and resident expectations!

Fair warning if you're moving into apartment 201(3x3). You will hear district tavern every night and dog park everyday. Besides that nice place!

If I could give 0 stars for Keon Long I would. He’s the late night concierge who was incredibly disrespectful to both my girlfriend and I. When we had an issue with the guest parking he stated “I don’t even want to be here. I’m tired of dealing within this s***. I’m not even going to be here for long”. She’s pays thousands of dollars a month to live here and we expect better service and problem solving from the the staff.

I’m typing this while I wait 30 minutes to use the elevator to get into my apartment on the second floor. Just use the stairs you may ask? Nope, not an option. Allowing residents stairwell access would be way too logical.Elevators are constantly broken, sometimes for months at a time (I kid you not). Ridiculous issues for a $2,000 apartment

Terrible. They will take every dollar you have and management will not work with you.Otherwise it is a good apartment complex, however there is a lot of construction, as of this date of the post, and it is next to a dog park, which you get all the smells of defecation, etc. Management doe not know how to work with their residents, which is a red flag.

Love Skyhouse as my home in downtown Tampa. The amenities and location are the best. Nice people live here, many with dogs. Carol Ann and Chris are good Leasing managers and are onsite. They are responsive to requests and great to work with. The front desk staff is also overall really great. I'm happy to live here.
