Staff are great and they have nice range facilities. The range can get very busy and there's only 3 100 yard lanes but it's a great place to go shooting.

Wanted to really like this place. Couple guys that work in there are great, but they also have a couple guys that are quite rude and seem to not like their job at all. On top of that I pay $30 a month for a membership and cannot even book a lane. Said I have to be a premium member (over $1200 a year) which is just ridiculous. They advertise having a long up to 100 yard range, which is why I ended up getting the membership. Since being a member, there is always one or two lanes that are “broke down”. Leaving only one or two operational. And with not being able to book, every time I drive to the range to use long range, it is always in use. Only way to use it is to wait in the store for an hour for them to finish. Can’t put name and number down, can’t wait out in your car. Have to stand and wait for up to an hour to use a range I pay a monthly subscription for. Wish I would have known all of this before becoming a member.

Shoot Straight is a one stop shop, offering a top notch store, versatile selection of firearms, accessories, shooting range, and concealed weapons classes. The entire staff is professional and works as a team. A special shout out to Donovan (“Don”). He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

First time using the range, staff was very friendly and helpful. First time shooting this particular firearm and needed pointers on cleaning it. Donovan took the firearm apart, suggested the tools I would need and showed me how to clean it. That's service!

I recently visited Shoot Straight and was extremely pleased with the care I received in the purchase of my AR 15, especially thanks to Donovan. From the moment I arrived, Donovan demonstrated exceptional knowledge of all the products and made sure to guide me through every step of the purchasing process. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood every detail before making a decision.
What really stood out was their ability to customize the shopping experience to my needs, without trying to rush me or sell me something I didn't need. He was genuinely honest and transparent with every recommendation, which gave me a lot of trust. My husband has never shit a gun before. He came to the range to learn and educate himself. Although he did make a mistake and we all saw it. Instead of taking the time to teach him how to go against his reflex, the employee proceeds to run up on me, a 5’2 woman and yell and become aggressive is concerning to say the least. An individual who is aggressive like that has no reason dealing with the public or even being around guns. It’s easy to question the safety of someone that’s never held a gun before, it’s scary to have to do that with a full time employee from a gun store . We canceled our membership we just paid for after my entire fiamily was yelled for a mistake a brand new owner made. Don’t talk to people that way, take the opportunity to teach instead of aggressively yelling at entire groups.

FIRST AND LAST!! DISRESPECTFUL AGGRESSIVE EMPLOYEES USED FOUL LANGUAGE TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE WITH A PAYING CUSTOMER. MY ENTIRE FAMILY WERE VERBALLY ABUSED BY AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS SHOOTING RANGE. I HOPE THE ADMINISTRATION WATCH THEIR RECORDINGS FROM THEIR CC AND TAKE SOME ACTION ABOUT THIS. ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES WATCHED AND DID NOT BOTHER TO DE-ESCALATE THEIR CO-WORKERS AGGRESSIVE AND INTIMIDATING BEHAVIOR. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTHY OF MY MONEY AND BY THE WAY THEY SHOULD DO A BEHAVIORAL BACKGROUND CHECK ON ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.
