“It has been quite some time since I purchased a new pair of sneakers. I have used store before and they have kept up with the standards from before. My feet were given scanning in order to get correct measurements. Even though they did not have my requested size they helped me to order item on line. I will continue to visit store in the future.”

“Suitsupply almost turned into the typical suit store experience. Inattentive employees, customer service was subpar, management even seemed to be lacking customer service skills. Right before turning to my wife and leaving, Pierce came up and introduced himself and assisted me, I was envisioning a custom suit for my wedding that stood out and was above the rest, he helped me put together my own custom suit and paint the picture I imagined for myself. Pierce’s customer service skills and personality made my experience really valuable. Spending custom suit money shouldn’t lack the customer centric approach and he embodies that. Thank you Pierce.”
“Patricia helped me today and I can easily say that I've never received this level of attention, care, and service in a shoe store before ever. She gave me a "Say Yes to the Dress" moment after listening to everything that was painful for me, my doctor recommendations, measuring my feet, watching the way I walk, and then scanned my feet. Everything she pulled for me was a winner, and I ultimately chose the one that was best for me in the long one. Patricia knew that I would and even suggested it the sandals first. 10/10 recommend visiting.”
“I recently needed to buy two scrub tops and pants for my job and was in a rush because I needed them the next day. I called one day 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane offered to help me by purchasing the items over the phone because they had to close in 20 mins but I told them that I would come by the next day. I then called the following day 1 hour before they closed because that’s when I got out of work and asked them to put two sizes on hold for me to try on. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane were nothing but the sweetest and most understanding. The helped me pick the best fit and I am beyond happy with their beyond remarkable customer service. I have worked retail jobs for 3 plus years, and I can confidently say that these ladies are the best of the best and deserve a raise 1000%. “In early November, 2022, my wife and I went to a men's high end fashion store in Milan Italy which for decades was a "wish list" for a couple of stunning made to measure suits. BIG MISTAKE. The third attempt was to drive to their state side flagship store in Bal Harbor, Miami for the third measurement. BIG MISTAKE. That fashion company has yet to 100% refund that expensive disaster.Enter Kirby's. Michael at Kirby's came to the rescue after those three attempts to get the suits properly measured by what was I thought to be a destination tailor in Milan. Not only were the Kirby's huge selection of fabrics a stunning experience, they got my suits and sport coats perfect the first time through their New York tailors.Don't make the mistake I did; buy where the tailors and couture approach works for you in the executive space you work. In fact, it is worth a trip to Tampa to engage Michael and the entire no hassle Kirby's professionals who will get you taken care of with a proper fit, stunning style, and cost effective couture of men's styles.”

“This place is a real class-act. I stopped there a couple days ago and the sales clerk was really pleasant and helpful and well spoken and professional, even though he helped me try on a couple pairs and I didn't buy anything on that stop. Then a couple days later I called ahead to make sure they had a certain pair of shoes and a different sales clerk was just as professional helping me over the phone and when I got there in person to buy them. He even offered to stay a few minutes past close because he knew I was driving in last-minute from over an hour out-of-town, though thankfully I got there just before close. Compare this to the rant of a one-star review I left recently for the New Balance store in the Tampa Westshore Mall where I bought a pair the other day. Talk about extremes....it's like a "Tale of Two Cities" (a "Tale of Two New Balance Stores?"). I don't normally leave reviews for anything because nobody reads them and they have no effect, but these two stores were so extreme I made exceptions.”

“My associates name was John or JP. I've purchased many shoes from Happy Feet over a number of yrs. JP is the best sales person I have ever had! Very knowledgeable about the various shoes, professional and is honest. I tried on two different sizes and I felt like the smaller shoe felt better. Well, he said, "no, no, no, they are too small, your left foot is hanging over the back which means you won't get the benefits of the shoes proper fit". The customer is not always right, listen to the sales associate! He knows all the products! I'll definitely go back when he is there.”
