Visited this week to purchase some shoes for my daughter, great service Everyone is very helpful!!. I Only give this place 4 stars because there was a very awkward situation with what appeared to be the manager with another employee, He was awfully rude to her in front of my daughter and I.. putting us in a weird situation as customers, hopefully he fixes his professionalism.

Tried to exchange a shoe for a half size and was told by a rude woman associate, Aine, that they didn’t have it and that we couldn’t order it online and when we asked why she couldn’t order it for us (aka do her job)… she proceeded to point to the sign “shoe palace” and said “it’s this plus .com” I’m not sure who trained these hooligans but the customer service is awful. If I could give it a 0/5 I would.

Hello, I went into the store today to exchange a pair of shoes and in my mind I thought it wouldn't be easy. My transaction was exactly the opposite. It was smooth and without incident thanks to the Manager- Luis Martinez and Associate Aine Fonseca who were amazing and I wanted to give them a Kudos for their excellent customer service.

Walked in when there were no customers and received absolutely no customer service. I had three pairs of Jordans in my hand, ready to buy, and the gentleman finally took them after 20 minutes to find my size. Threw one pair back at me and said “only size 4” and walked away. I’d rather go to finish line. Or champs at this point. Save your money and go elsewhere

I had the most bizarre experience there that I’ve ever had at a shoe store in my life. I had a girlhelp me pick out shoes while I was with my son. We found some that fit. I turned around to talk to the other kids that were with me. When I’m ready to go buy the shoes, she just disappeared. Nowhere to be found. I didn’t know where the shoes were. No one at the register seem to have a clue what was going on either. I was pretty annoyed after wasting a half an hour at the store looking for shoes. As I’m leaving, I see her in the food court with one of her friends going to buy a juice or smoothie. It’s the craziest thing. It doesn’t make any sense. She never said that she was going on break and I could check out in the front. She just disappeared. I ended up buying the shoes that I want on the Nike app. Horrible customer service. I’ll never go there again. My shoes also ended up being cheaper just going direct to the Nike app, so I guess it’s a win??♀️Yet and still just the oddest, rudest experience shopping at International mall.
