Poor customer service. Still spent money on 3 pairs of shoes and clothes,bcame back 2 nights later to exchange my shoes out due to one being defective. Had the box and the receipt and the employee refused because he didn't have the managers code to do so. I wasn't asking for a refund just an even exchange, like for like, Very rude to my family and I also on our initial visit, didn't greet us or ask if we needed help when we obviously did. He was quick to help out his friends that came to the store though. Never again!

Shopping at Shoe Palace has been the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing shoes. The selection was excellent, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for with ease. What truly set this experience apart was the staff—they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. Absolutely horrible customer service, my order was cancelled after confirmation 6 times in total and now they have 400 dollars just stuck with them without an explanation. I called the phone line and after half an hour of waiting they cut the call after saying hello. Beyond disappointed

If I could give less stars I would. Traveling from out of town. Came to the mall to browse around and saw some shoes I liked. The Kelly Green Nikes match perfectly with my jersey. So they only had one size left, a size smaller than I prefer but they fit without socks so I figured I would give it a shot. I don’t have one of these stores where I live and the selection is a little more than the shoe stores I live by. There is a small scuff on the shoes bc they were displayed on the shelf and I asked since they were on the shelf and have a scuff, can I please get a discount since they are the last pair and I really want them. The cashier asked the manager to give the discount and the manager just said “No!” I’m like why? They were display only and you had no other sizes left and they are a little scuffed up. She replied, “because we don’t give anyone any discounts.” Like you can’t be any more rude and be about customer service. Like you obviously don’t like your job and get paid minimum wage, that isn’t my fault. Is it really going to hurt your check for giving one person a discount that ask? I think that would be the right thing to do. I have been in customer service for years and this generation just has no respect. I will never shop here again.

This is by far my favorite store in all of Tampa. Great selection of hats and clothes. I got the upside down LA Dodgers hat here that I had not been able to find anywhere else. I also got a really nice button up shirt and shorts outfit that was on sale for a great price. Staff is nice and not overbearing. Love the style of clothing they have available here, very cool shirts. You can't find some of this stuff anywhere else.
