Visiting in Tampa and stopped in the Shoe Palace to look at shoes for my 17 yr old granddaughter. Luis was the employee helping us. Very helpful, informative and friendly. Very busy store and he was quite helpful to everyone in the store. We bought the shoes we were looking for.
