Got stuck behind the Sherwin Williams van on the inside lane doing 30 in 45 with a sherwin Williams semi with a trailer in the outside lane going 30 as well setting up a 2 lane barricade so nobody could pass it or get around. they did this the whole way. Even after a red light the van refused to go and stayed back just so they could block traffic. they think it's funny. It's not funny. I've been to this store and didn't have a great experience but didn't think it was worth a review but after this. i can see i was correct about how horrible this place is. Plenty of other places to get paint and supplies with out having to deal with scum bags.

I started going to this store in May 2019 when we moved to Tampa. Every time we visited the store all employees treated us with the upmost respect. They were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

I was helped by Alexis and he was absolutely no help. I felt like he just kept talking over me and was extremely rude when I tried to talk to him about what I needed for my new reno job. I don’t recommend this location after my experience

I've been a regular customer at the Sheldon Road Sherwin-Williams store for 24 years. Not only have I purchased all of my paint at this location, but as a Real Estate Broker, I refer all of my customers to this location. I have had exceptional service from well trained staff since 1998 and I intend to always stay with the Sheldon Road Sherwin-Williams crew as long as they continue to be an outstanding service oriented group.

Customer service is terrible the guy whom claimed he wanted to help me was awful. He was rude, dismissve & really couldn't be bothered to actually help & find a previous paint purchase.. I will NEVER spend another dime in this store.

I ordered some paint online to be picked up and after waiting over 6 hours for some kind of communication from them I called the store for them to tell me they have been out of interior paint for days. I asked if they were going to call me and tell me they were out of paint and he had no answer for me. I understand with Covid that materials are in short supply but there is no excuse not to call a customer who is expecting to pick up an order that was told it was in stock online. I shouldn’t have to wait hours after the expected pickup time to have to call them to find out they care out of paint. The last few times I have been to this specific location I have had had some issues, but this one is just ridiculous. Thank you Sherwin Williams for wasting my time today.

The sales guy was nice & friendly, and delivered my paint to me in an efficient manner. No complaints there...however I walked in and there were about 5 employees gathered together having a meeting, noone wearing masks. People coming & going without masks in the store. Not good. One guy behind the counter coughing and no mask. It really puts the customer in a horrible spot. I needed SW paint to match my touchup. I had no options but to purchase from that location or drive to another location. I have medical issues and am at a high risk. Please be considerate and follow the cdc protocols and respect the customers who want and expect employees to wear masks in their presence.
