Not the cheapest but the staff is always helpful. The products are too quality. I do lots of painting and love SW products and paint. They always have what you need in stock. They offer to carry things to your car. The store is clean, well organized, and parking is easy and accessible.

Worst store ever. I called them first thing in the morning it takes them 2 hours to get my paint mix and sometimes I get the wrong mix. They give priority to major companies. And their parking lot is ashamed for a brand that make millions. You may pop your tires when you get there.

This place would be 5 stars if Brock wasn't the manager there! There was a paint issue on my new home and ultimately the agreement was Sherwin Williams would provide up to 5 colors, the supplies and I would have to do it myself. The beginning was great, they gave me paint ,a paint starter kit, tape and Brock told me anything I need just let them know and they will take care of me. I started painting and completed 2 rooms and was on the 3rd and that's when the first issue happened the orange paint that I picked was not blending and needed 4 coats to cover. So I needed more paint, I also knew I didn't have enough tape for the remainder of the house and the rollers they gave me were flattening/hardening even though I made sure to rinse them really well. Either the rollers were not that good of quality or it's because I have kids and paint a little at a time so the the rollers and brushes get rinsed alot. So I contacted them back and they said no problem just come down and we will take care of you. When I arrived Buddy and Sayword were at the front counter and Buddy took care of everything, they were both so friendly and helpful and I just want to note that in here because they're the perfect example of exceptional customer service! I continued painting at this point I have all 4 bedrooms done except my large closet and almost all of the main part of the home except the kitchen and halls and now I'm running out of tape/paint again. So today I contact them about the 2 cans I need, the tape and I asked if there was something I could use to get the paint out of the brushes/rollers because there getting stiff. Well now I'm being told I have to buy the supplies if I want them and I told them that was not the agreement and asked to speak with Brock. Brock gets on the phone and tells me he will no longer provide anymore supplies and I said that's ridiculous this was part of the deal how am I suppose to finish my house and he just says I'm not providing anymore supplies. I told him you told me yourself if I needed anything to just let you'll know and you would take care of it and he says no you were only authorized the first time you came in and I told you I would give you up to 2 more gallons if you needed it, that was lie number 1. Then he tells me that I said the last time I came in there that I wouldn't need anymore supplies, that's lie number 2. He then says twice do you want the paint or not! I go down there and Brock's standing there helping a customer, so Buddy helps me and I explain my frustration and ask if there going to give me the tape I need and he says don't worry I'm gonna take care of you. Brock never said a word to me and just walked to the back when he was done. I don't know how he has made it to Manager level, I mean who argues and lies to their customers! He is definitely not managment material and should look for a position where he doesn't have to deal with customers!
