John and his staff are amazing. Super helpful whenever I call and if there is an issue the will take immediate action. Only 2 times in 3 years have I encountered an issue and it was minimal.

The person answered the phone but I didn't say hello in Spanish the attitude changed. The change was bad. I and many others refuse to use this store.

This is one of the worest companies to do business with; do not let the Sherman Williams name fool you. The dispatcher's are rude and condcending. They no called no showed TWICE and when we called an complained they laughed...and thought it was funny.

Their installers got glue on the walls, there's gaps where the carpet meets the wall and they literally broke my celling light off the celling.

Get price in writing- On two separate transactions I was quoted a price then all of a sudden the price changed to higher. Ofcourse they have multiple "excuses" for why they won't honor the original quote. Surprise, you now owe more even tho we know you have stairs and it's clearly stated in previous paperwork... The day of instal they demanded more money to finish a job I had already paid for with the installers there saying they would only do part of the job unless I pay more. Shocking behavior-Very unprofessional company, avoid! Prices might be cheap but you get what you pay for- my carpet was falling apart from an install just two years ago.

To Chris Shallow If you want really crappy carpeting by Mohawk placed in your home "Ask Sherwin Williams". The carpet in our two year old home is falling apart. Inspector came to look at it, pulled more pieces up and said normal wear and tear. So now we have even more holes and Sherwin Williams store 2112 Tampa is washing their hands of it. Asked for Mohawk contact info and the told me to look it up online. Oh yeah and it only took 6 months for them to address the problem. I you want really poor customer service, and products they don't stand behind "Ask Sherwin Williams"
