I went to the store in Riverview, Florida. simply to get some paint to spot paint my house. I got the correct paint color from my builder so I felt good about everything. I went in they said they needed a quarter size bit of paint to match the color. Okay cool no problem, The issue is I go back to the store which is store number 1, I speak with a African American girl. Now I am only using race because I did not get her name. But I come with my bag of paint , picture from the builder with the color paint number. She doesn’t even look at the picture with the color and number she goes on to berate me on how I didn’t get enough paint from the house, why she can’t do anything for me why she will not do it. I then ask for her manager, she goes on to tell me he is going to be worse then me! The she tells the manger to repeat what she said. At this point I am mad because what kind of customer service is going on here. He was not rude yet had no empathy at all. He said sorry for whatever happened. I have never been to Sherman William in my life and i will not be going back!! This happened today 7/1/2022 he also told me to go to another store farther away if I didn’t like theirs.

For me, this has been by far the most helpful and educational Sherwin Williams I have used to date. This location allows me to cover my metals and odds and ends with the proper product allowing me to live in Florida with exposed to the weather steel and protect it with their product

It sells most commerical paint except iron oxide spray paint that was discontinued

This is not your typical Sherwin Williams store, they offer mostly paints for the industrial and seafaring industry. With that being said, the people are nice and friendly at this location.
