The FBO is very nice. The inside staff were very helpful and nice.We arrived around 1am and the service from the rampers was excellent. One of them even drove us to the hotel down the street.Would definitely use the FBO again.

This review is for pilots arriving in their airplanes: Ya’ know… Most FBO’s want you to utilize their services, but not so much this one. Arrived, was marshaled to a spot, and that’s where the service ended. Walked in, and not one of the four individuals behind the counter even bothered to greet us — Had to stand there politely for a few seconds before we were acknowledged. They oblige our requests, albeit grudgingly so. The rental car was not brought out to the plane, so we talked to the Hertz person, got the keys, drove up to the entry gate, called in, then waited for several minutes. Called again, and then a few minutes later someone showed up. We had quite a few bags, and started unloading… A line guy showed up and asked if he could help, I very politely said, “Sure, that would be great.” …and then to my bewilderment, he wandered away looking at his phone. We unloaded our Citation Mustang while no less than six line guys (See Image) stood talking with each other only about 25 yards away. We’ll go to the other FBO next time.

Waited an hour for fuel, was given an attitude when I went in, and paid for fuel.Really poor CSR's, it will be Signature next time for any of our corporate aircraft heading to Tampa.

Horrible customer service, waited an hour for fuel with employees wondering around socializing. CSR's about as rude as I have ever seen in 33000 hours of flying....SAD

They have a nice waiting area with friendly receptionists and close proximity to customs when going on international private flights.

Best FBO in the country. I'm based in Tampa. They take great care of the crews (which I am one), the passengers and aircraft. Every one of the CSRs are helpful, engaging and professional.

I flew in on 1/29/22. The rental car I had a email confirmation for was not available. I had to rent from the desk. Upon return on 2/5/22 the airplane had not been fueled. 7 days on the ramp... nothing. Upon return of the rental car, I was continuing to receive daily billing notices on 2/6 and 2/7 for additional days. Upon taking to the Hertz representative he was not made aware of the return of the vehicle until Monday. We did eventually get this straightened out. (I had to leave a day later than planned due to weather) About the only thing that went smoothly was them parking the plane.... I called 2 times, once while in FL and once when I returned to IL. Asked to speak to management both times..... didn't happen... I warned the desk agent when I called I would be leaving negative reviews on any potential rating site.... They didn't seem to care.
