OVERPRICED! They keep their sign dark- you assume they have similar gas prices to those around them. Across the street the Mobil station had gas at 2.65/ga; they were at 3.25/gallon !!!

I’ve been coming to this gas station on my way home from work if not every Friday, every other Friday for a little over a year now. The area is sketchy to say the least and there’s always a group of homeless people slightly to the side of the building and a bunch of randoms hanging out front. Normally there’s a super sweet lady who’s inside running things but last night there was an older gentleman(I believe he’s the owner) who I’ve seen only a handful of times. A young lady walked over with her 4 kids on bikes, she sent 2 inside and was standing in the door so she could see them while her other 2 were outside watching the bikes. I walked in and straight to the the counter, while trying to ask for my gas and pay, the employee just stopped and loudly asked “who’s kids” while looking at me…I pointed to the lady at the door. The gas station is tiny and was full of people so initially I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he wasn’t trying to be rude. But he continued to talk about the kids and yelled that the kid “has candy in his hand” and for the lady to close the door. I get people can be frustrated especially in high stress situations but there was zero indicators that he was trying to steal…he also had money in his hand and his mother was yelling what to grab for her! The employee finally turns his attention to me, was abrupt and dismissively stated it was done. I said “may I get my receipt please” and he was like “it’s coming, that it was slow”. But he never asked if I wanted it and seemed bothered that I was still standing there. However his tone was completely different when he addressed and spoke to the man behind me in their native tongue as I was walking out. My first encounter with this same employee was a few months ago when the pump did not stop pumping automatically so gas was everywhere(I ALWAYS get back into my car while pumping so not to be bothered by the people wandering around) mind you, I always use the same pump and always overpay so it can fill up and I can leave. Thankfully I heard the splashing and hopped out but I don’t know how long it had been running over bc the puddle was fairly large. I went inside to tell them there was a spill and that the pump’s auto stop wasn’t working. He seemed so unbothered and did not address what I had said other than to ask “did you get your gas” which was a clear indicator that he wasn’t even listening to what I had said. But after last night I probably won’t be back and will just find another Shell to use my points at.

Tried to get gas, pump would not let go of my card or get me gas, went inside to tell the cashier, she said they were out of gas… No signs ANYWHERE letting customers know about this.Checked my credit card, I have a pending charge for $125 even though I didn’t get a drop of gas. Stay away

The staff is generally nice. It's in a sketchy area so the customers can be rough. There is normally a group of homeless people hanging around. They also have mice.

This spot typically has the lowest priced gas for Shell locations in the area; by about 5¢ to 15¢. Based on location, I can see why some people may not feel comfortable coming here. A lot of vagrancy around the building. The debit card option isn't available, nor is the Pay By App feature (which I love so much!!). During the day it's cool and the staff has always been cool to me ? Never tried the bathroom ??♂️.

Let’s be honest, the bar is already pretty low going to a gas station. It’s a gas station. I’m not even a boujie person like that but I can say with total confidence that this is the worst gas station I have ever been to. Ever. The sign in the first picture is a perfect representation of how this place is held together.Additionally I don’t feel compelled to write reviews often. I really only do it when something rubs me the wrong way past a certain point and today was just not my day.I’ve tried to get gas here on 4 separate occasions, only because it’s convenient to my commute. I have only been successful 1 time, after much perseverance because my car was running on fumes. But that 1 successful time was only after moving around to 3 different pumps, I swear no exaggeration. Literally EVERY keypad except for that 1 lucky pump is broken as far as I can tell. They all say “KEYPAD NEEDS SERVICE” and 9/10 times you’ll have to go and pay inside. Pulling up to the pump you’d probably want to do that anyways because it’s instantly apparent that they have most likely NEVER been cleaned. Not even once. Again, no one should ever expect a gas station pump to be clean but I’ve never seen a pump so caked with grime and mold, with the keypads missing buttons and screens burnt out. They’d be bad enough without all the trash piled on top of them too.So you go inside, and right on theme with the rest of this place, the clerk isn’t wearing a mask in the peak of a global pandemic. No plastic shield, nothing. You can have your opinions about the virus but at least be considerate enough to protect other people when you’re at work, especially when your opinion is wrong, selfish, & irresponsible. In conclusion, this is the most poorly maintained business I have ever been to, regardless of category. The negligence is just surreal, and I can only IMAGINE the safety protocols they’re ignoring. Pretty sure there’s some crucial components that need to be maintained at a gas station to ensure safety, (because I heard gas is pretty flammable, who knew). I would truly be shocked if they passed a safety inspection.I’d honestly rather push my car home than ever try to stop here for gas again. I’m so serious too. If this was the last gas station on earth, watch how quickly I’ll turn into Fred Flintstone.I honestly don’t know why I even wrote this. It’s not like the owners care lol

Worst pumps I've ever seen. Can't even read anything on screen and have to swipe card couple times to make it work. Not saying this from one experience. Had multiple visits here. Wish there was 0 star I could give.

This is the WORST gas station ever! I've had my card scammed here, and used for fraudulent activities. Half of the pumps dont work, and the other half are so glitchy they make you come inside to get gas so they can scan the information off of your card illegally to use. Nevertheless there are always bums asking for money outside of this gas station.
