A disgusting person, the man who works inside, I came to fill diesel and I gave him my card with my ID so he could open the pump and he didn't do it and you went in twice to put more diesel again and that's why it bothered me. I say that this place is useless without counting the band, the black one, who had their shorts almost on their knees.

Talk about a safety concern! This pump was completely disconnected this afternoon with no sign and no bag covering the pump. It wasn’t until I tried to put my gas in my car when I realized the pump was disconnected. I then went into the store to alert an employee. I was told “I know. Just use a different pump” I then made multiple recommendations to the clerk to which he did not respond. Are we kidding? This place needs a complete overhaul and new management. They clearly do not care about the safety of customers!

Absolutely deplorable customer service. If you are having a bad day stay home. After pre-paying for my gas the pump I was using selected the highest octane and wouldn't let me change the grade. So we t we t back 8n to explain to the issue and he appeared upset with me saying it was my fault and started balling up and throwing the receipts around. I will be avoiding this station from now on.

Shell CUSTOMER SVC is deplorable!!! Cashier holds a five minute conversation with his friend only purchasing ONE beer. Then proceeds to tell me " I just need to wait, I have the wrong one today". Really?? I'm trying to fill up and you have a line forming down aisle while you chit chat. He then says i dont have to come here!!! You are so right and I LEFT!!! Dont worry-- I will NEVER COME BACK!! Wish i could do NO STARS!!!!

These employees behind the desk are extremely rude and think they can talk to anybody how they want. There is one short guy and another lady that think they run the world and can talk to somebody how they what until the wrong person comes in. Bathroom is extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. And expired food such as chips, and candy. Unprofessional.

Stay away! I hate to be rude, but while things look OK outside, the inside of the store is a mess. Staff are hostile and washroom is dirty. This store needs to close or have a good scrubbing and renovation. Got my gasoline and got the heck out of there.

That old lady is soo rude and racist. She doesn't want to work or move while at work. Complaining about her leg. She yelled at me twice because she had to walk to get migraine medicine. Horrible customer service. I will never spend my money at this location
