This chick helped me out SOOO much, I do my makeup almost every day … & now I have a foundation that I don’t have to mix with something else to get my correct color / look . ? I wish I remembered her name… immma go back tomorrow & get the powder too ! Very clean store & bangin products ! One of my new favorites ?

Spoke to KELLY on the phone very rude and unprofessional. I asked if a product was in stock I only called because I’ve recently checked their website that stated a product was in stock and when I drove almost 20 minutes away to get this specific product it no longer was I explained this to her and she quickly tried to rush me off the phone she seemed very annoyed that I even asked instead of checking the website instead of going out of her way. Please do better if you no longer find the satisfaction to do the simple things please quit and find a career that makes you happy..

Alex was great! They took the time to get me matched and got me to try a new brand for concealer/foundation. Tyyy Alex. I left so happy with my new stuff and my Tatcha!! I think this spot is my favorite Sephora store of all.

All I can say is this place was super super awesome as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed I went on my birthday to get a full face makeover and what made it better was my make up artist a big shout out to Ava. Thank you for making my birthday very special and making me feel beautiful. You did an awesome job highly recommend coming to this Sephora for all your beauty needs ! My friend and I came in here just to pick something up quickly but I wound up finding something I really needed thanks to two amazing, hilarious, knowledgeable reps. Lexi & Kat are *THE best* beauty advisors! I have really fair skin so finding a foundation w/ a shade range that actually works for me is pretty impossible. Even though the store didn’t have what I went in there for (Dior lip stuff is never in stock so not their fault lol) I felt so happy to have had something I’d been putting off for AGES done in literally 10 minutes the whole time just sounding like the giggly squad bc these girls are hilarious. For anyone pale af like me (dry skin) we landed on the makeup by Mario Surrealskin. I also finally got some of the rare beauty blush which lasts all day unlike my other OGs (Glossier cloud paint, Dior or Bobbi brown). If you go to the Hyde Park location I’d link with them for sure

I was just at this location a little over a half hour ago. And although the store looks beautiful on the inside, no one out of the 5 to 6 employees that were there offered to help me. I was there no more than 10 minutes… no one said hello. No one asked me how my day was going, and no one asked me if they could help me find anything. And as I was walking out of the doors to this Sephora store, no one said thank you for shopping. There was also a gentleman in the store at this point in time shopping and no one offered him help either… which is pathetic!!Now I’ve worked in retail for 17 years and you always want a customers business.You also always want a customer to come back. Out of the many employees that I saw there the only employee that I had interaction with was the girl who rang me out. I was very disappointed in my visit to this Sephora store, and needless to say I won’t be returning!!! Thank you to many employees who work at this location who are getting paid to do an insufficient job at customer service!!
