Senior Lending and my Colorado Advisor David Harris are absolutely wonderful. My reverse mortgage process was aptly guided and relatively quick. I've had a standard mortgage take longer. I would highly recommend both Senior Lending and David Harris to friends and family who want to take advantage of one's home equity while still able to put it to good use.

Working with Jon DiBenedetto has been a great experience. He has helped me through every step of the process of securing our reverse mortgage. Mr Stacey Clark provided the most comprehensive and outstanding services to us. Not only with our Reverse Mortgage, but he was also able to assist us with a 4 Point Inspection & Wind Mitigation, which led to us getting new homeowners policy, which was 60% lower than our previous policy. He is always prompt to answer emails, text messages and phone calls whenever we needed to contact him. He continues to stay in touch with us. HIGHLY recommend both him AND Senior Lending!

these people are scammers. i talked with David who assured me this was not a reverse mortgage and they would not take out a lien on my house. totally lied to me. luckily my financial planner set ne straight and said I had been scammed.molly
