“Life's challenges can be really be frustrating, especially when things happen that's beyond one's control. Such is the case at Extra Space Storage. I won't give the details except to say having Robert as a Mgr at 7550 W Waters Ave made a huge difference in the actions I would've taken, had he not handled my case with empathy, dignity and respect. He kept me updated of corrective actions and apologized for the events. While I am not 100% happy with the Company's handling of my case, I am very happy with Robert and the care he showed me in a very difficult and emotionally charged situation. His District Manager, Dave Ticich should pay attention and take notes on customer skills management from Robert Yousif.”
