Sam who works in the cafe is one of the nicest workers there, always goes above and beyond for his customers & pays great attention to detail! Hes the best :) & is there everytime i go. He deserves employee of the year

Sams is getting 5 stars from me because of one employee here named Anni from curbside pick up. Anni went above and beyond to help me get my pickup order with friendliness and professionalism despite being shorthanded on a busy Saturday morning. Sams club, Anni gets 100/10 from me!!

Is this a joke? There is a 10 o'clock card where without it u can’t go in before 10. Went there this morning and got blocked at the door.The quality is ok and the price is about the same as or more than regular Walmart price for some items. I go there sometimes because Walmart didn’t have it.With the 10 o’clock card, you really lost me there. I guess I am sticking with Costco for sure. I recommend people to do the same.

I only buy protein shakes here since it's a lot cheaper than Publix and Walmart. Today i go lucky, $2.76/gallon for gas FTW!! They also restocked Fairlife protein shakes, they've been out of stock for few months now. And yes, it's chocolate, the best flavor! ** taking 1 star for customer service AND parking lot. **

Absolutely love going to the Sam’s Club in Carrollwood. The scan and go system is wonderful as I do not like waiting in the long lines so now I don’t have to. I’ve also used the curbside pickup, shipping and home delivery which are also great services. I also fuel up early in the morning to avoid long lines. Employees are very pleasant and the store is always plentiful with everything I need. I highly recommend shopping at Sam’s Club.

My favorite Sam’s Club to visit. Ideal time to go is when the they first open. Less people which is always a plus. The store is always clean and things are always easy to find. Employees are friendly and helpful when approached. I have never had any issues with the Sam’s Club and I have used all of their services including the gas. Gas is always cheap, so if you have a membership definitely consider utilizing the service. I typically save about $.30 on gas each week.

Went this afternoon (10/15/23) around 3 PM. No electric carts available so we had to leave without shopping. This is unacceptable. There were two broken ones inside door. Fix them and or purchase more. This should be a easy fix.

Ordered tires via the app on October 26, 2023. I received notice that the tires would be in stock within 5 to 7 days. When I checked back online on November 6, the status was still listed as “PO sent to vendor.“ The app does not let you cancel your order. Literally had to go into the store, wait 20 minutes for Customer Service, and have a representative in the tire department cancel my order.Meanwhile, I have been curtailing my driving habits because I really need tires. I was counting on having them last week. They never showed up. That is now my first and last experience buying tires from Sam’s Club. I will never do it again. Total waste of time.

My main complaint is with Sams Club Customer service both in store and their “call center”. The communication between customer service and customer is terrible, I was told that I should cancel my membership in store because they were rude to me and I called them out on it. I can’t request email verification for anything even though they will send me 3 emails per week asking for me to fill out a survey! Sams Club has gone downhill, when my membership expires I will not be renewing it with them, I’d rather go to Costco at this point.

I'm in this Sam's club as Im typing this, I was looking for something that I couldn't find in the store and still can't find. The first employee I asked for help said "What, what is it I have to clock in and walked off. The next employee I said excuse me to completely ignored me. The third was a manager who stated she was on a call. Finally one employee saw I needed help which is when I asked for a supervisor, he came right out to see what the problem was. I informed him of the issue I had experienced with his employees and he agreed someone should have helped. This is so unprofessional and hopefully something is done about it or I will cancel my membership and never return Costco is fine with me even though it is out of my way.

That the quality of Sam's gasoline has drastically gone down.Every day for the last few months we've noticed a heavy smell of exhaust comingfrom both of our cars. It was strong enough that we'd finally decided to have the dealership check them out and the diagnosis was the gasoline. We were warned that the gas could cause internal damage to the engines.

Not unlike your typical Costco, the Sam's Club is piled high with metal shelving and pallets carrying so much to buy - from clothing and books to games, snacks, groceries. And even holiday decorations for inside and out. A food court area is also available with minimal seating where you may enjoy your purchased hot dogs, pizza, soft serve, etc.

Thank you Angela for diligently assisting me with the completion of my online membership through a third party, unlike Carlton, whom was very unhelpful and appeared to be agitated.Again, Angela keep up the excellent customer service satisfaction that members strive for.
