I only buy protein shakes here since it's a lot cheaper than Publix and Walmart. Today i go lucky, $2.76/gallon for gas FTW!! They also restocked Fairlife protein shakes, they've been out of stock for few months now. And yes, it's chocolate, the best flavor! ** taking 1 star for customer service AND parking lot. **

Ordered tires via the app on October 26, 2023. I received notice that the tires would be in stock within 5 to 7 days. When I checked back online on November 6, the status was still listed as "PO sent to vendor." The app does not let you cancel your order. Literally had to go into the store, wait, 20 minutes for Customer Service, and have a representative in the tire department cancel my order. Meanwhile, I have been curtailing my driving habits because I really need tires. I was counting on having them last week. They never showed up. That is now my first and last experience buying tires from Sam's Club. I will never do it again. Total waste of time.

Not unlike your typical Costco, the Sam's Club is piled high with metal shelving and pallets carrying so much to buy - from clothing and books to games, snacks, groceries. And even holiday decorations for inside and out. A food court area is also available with minimal seating where you may enjoy your purchased hot dogs, pizza, soft serve, etc.

Sams club on a Sunday is never a great choice but if you need stuff you gots to do it This location is hard to get in and out of. Hard to get into the fueling area as well. We have been using Sams club for years but this location is not user friendly so im not sure if we will be renewing our membership this year.

The app makes it so easy to get in and out really quick. I love the scan and go feature for those busy days. It helps me bypass the lines and I'm also able to order a hot dog or pizza through the app on the way out. So convenient! The gas line, on the other hand, is another story. It would be helpful if an attendant was able to direct traffic so cars aren't going two different ways and you get stuck while people are lined up in both directions blocking traffic. It can get hectic.

Great prices... But employees need to do better in directing traffic.. I doesn't matter which side I pump from the hose is long enough for either sides. I would have made the gas station behind the Chick-fil-A. Away from were everyone parks (Infront) of the store & make it easier access to enter & exit the gas station lines. Come on "builders"... Think smarter !!!! Your on a main road you're about to get a huge traffic. Just saying...

Gas station attendant, Alfred, was extremely rude to me, all because the pump didn't work. I even tried inputting two different cards as I sat there waiting out of gas. He treated me like a derelict and told me to move my car. I said, Do you accept cash? He said no, why don't you have a paper card like everyone else? I said what paper card? Do you mean a credit card? And he said yes. And I said, probably because I have a virtual wallet for sam's how I've always paid. What a mean person. He could see I was struggling to pay, I had the credit in my account and he could have just as easily been nice about the whole thing but instead acted like a know-it-all yet doesn't know the difference between paper and plastic.

Their food station had no ice, several drinks were out, no lids, no straws and when we asked the person at the counter she just nodded her head. This store has gone down very quickly!

We went around 10:30-11:00 in a Sunday so we beat the church crowd making the shopping bearable. I am not a fan of Wally-World and Sam's has a very similar clientele so I try to avoid it when I can. Not having a lot of people shopping made my day. I was in and out like a ninja.
