Had my rim repaired at this place.
They said they would call me Friday.
I sat by my cell phone all day and never received a phone call, no message, no caller ID notification of a missed call, no text, nothing.
When I showed up a day or two later to ask about my car... This guy behind the counter said it was ready, and that they had called. I told him he did not call cuz I received no phone calls.
He swears he called.
Again in this day and age you could have just apologized instead of trying to pass off a lie when I have records of any phone calls that are made to my phone.
So you either have to accept his lie as truth... Or just call a liar a liar.
Just know that if you do business with these people they are willing to lie to you the customer.

I have done business with Sam the hubcap man. For over 30yrs. There's no other place , in the whole Tampa Bay area like the Sam the hubcap man.

They had my size rim in stock and they even offered to help me put it in my car :)I’m thankful for that cause I know I try to be independent but after my car accident I accept all the help on lifting heavy objects now . He even gave me a heads up on how to safely leave the parking lot (I needed that heads up after the way I destroyed my rim on the curb) You can never be too safe

Don’t trust them! They will sell you a defective rim and then refuse to make it right! Even go to the extent of accusing you of causing the defect! I am so disappointed, mad, and upset! My son is an 18 year old full time college student who paid almost $300 for this used rim and he now has to turn around and buy another rim thanks to Sam The Hub Cap Man. Gino was extremely rude and unprofessional and Sam the owner who prides himself of his 38 years of business wasn’t any better when I asked for a return call from the manager. BEWARE! The customer is always wrong in their eyes! I wish I could give them negative five stars ?
