They need to stop raising prices. Everything they sell is donated so there's no reason they should be raising prices.

I recently had a distressing experience at your thrift store, and I feel compelled to share my encounter regarding the assistant manager. Unfortunately, my interaction with her was marked by extreme disrespect, false accusations, and an overall lack of professionalism.During our visit, the assistant manager exhibited rude behavior towards us, making baseless accusations about the staff's supposed perfection while addressing minor issues, such as upside-down tags. This attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere for myself, patrons included. To add to the discomfort, she implied that we the customers, were responsible for the tagging issue, despite it being a thrift store where such occurrences are not uncommon. She would not let us purchase the suspicious items as she claimed she was not allowed to do pricing, however the first 2 items had no tags and she priced them no problem. We explained we wanted the items regardless of the price and if she could hold them once priced and we would come back and pay the proper price, she refused! We spent a good 2 hours there picking these items out! (How rude is that?) it’s a thrift store where all items are donated!! As we left the store, feeling dumbfounded and humiliated, we failed to tell the assistant manager that we had discovered a cart near the men's dressing room containing items we hadn't seen on the racks, we decided to explore the cart and retrieved several pieces. It crossed our minds that these items might have been the ones wrongly tagged. While we didn't bring this to the assistant manager's attention due to the distress caused by her accusations, I believe it's essential for the store management to investigate the contents of that cart. This may provide insights into the situation and shed light on whether the items were intentionally placed there by a staff member for a specific reason.I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, and that steps are taken to ensure a more positive and respectful environment for customers in the future. Customer satisfaction is crucial, and instances like this can significantly impact your store's reputation. She could have made this right by holding the items for us , getting them properly priced, and we were willing to come back and pay the appropriate price. We asked and she refused!!Very very disappointed!

Needed some last minute bottoms for a social event. 6 minutes till closing time the lady cane to the door and locked the door and said we are closed. I thought if the sign said open from 9 to 7pm that means your doors are open till 7 not close at 6:54pm just cause you want to go home.

Wherein Goodwill and Lighthouse have inflated their prices... The Sally has kept everything affordable... they know their clientele and the pricing feels respectful. I love how everything is color coordinated. Want a plus size white shirt? They have them hung all in a neat row. Want a purple plate? Guess what? The plates are organized by color. The staff is friendly and I appreciate that they hire graduates from the ARC. The Sally is a sentinel, handing out second, third and fourth chances. As a customer, I'm on my umpteenth chance in life and the TSA is still there for me and my family. Thank you. And to God be the glory.

Better selection than Goodwill. Super nice people and a great charitable cause!

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty to see. From used furniture to children's toys. There is a great variety of everything. The best days to go are when there is a 50% off on everything tagged a specific color. If you are patient and have time on your hands, you'll find some pretty great items.

I ADORE the Employees & the Store. Thanks for being there!!A little side note to Brett S. (and others) Regarding the "Other" Store down the street aka Hwy. 301. I wondered Why the Salvation Army stores Do Not charge Sales Tax & went searching for an answer, matter of Fact I even asked an employee there. Well it seems that the "Store" down the street are For Profit & Further most are FRANCHISES. A Little Shocking Truth for you Bret S.HAPPY HUNTING

I just wanted to post a 5 star review for the manager of this Salvation Army Store! He is a phenomenal employee and always goes the extra mile for the integrity of the store. Just some examples of what I’ve witnessed (since I am a frequent customer). 1) The manager told a guest they would be trespassed for trying to go into the back of the store to look at furniture. 2) He chased down a homeless man stealing their carts to get them back. 3) He stopped a guy in the parking lot who backed into someone else’s car and tried to drive off!! Then helped to find the owner of the hit car who was shopping in the store. My family and I appreciate the weekends that we go into this store and see him working, hustling, moving furniture for people, brining new furniture out on the floor constantly, and never hesitates to answer any questions guests may have. Shop here for the manager alone!!!! I’m sorry I don’t know your name but you run a great store!

Clean store. Lots of newer items. Parking difficult with fewer spaces. Prices fluctuate between being good and priced higher than discount stores. Staff friendly.

Not very clean or organized. Yard sale stickers are cheaper-still on items-than the price s.a gave it. Somethings are ridiculously priced and nothing is a rare find these days bc they sort through any items of real value and typically go different avenues-not put out on the floor. Don't be fooled by cheap sale tactics-99% of the time those baseball cards are worthless...

Always finding gems at this Salvation Army. Saturdays they have 50% off furniture, we were able to snag two industrious bar stools for $20. Going through their clothes and trinkets, it feels like you’re taking a walk back in time. The store needs a bit of cleaning interiorly, air quality isn’t the best but staff is super nice. Affordable clothes and prices. Come check it out.

It's very small and not much of a book selection. Parking was fine and the employees were very nice. They just didn't have a lot to look at.
