I would have given a zero but that is not an option. When we called their customer service to schedule a donation pick up, they told us they would pick up dining room tables, filing cabinets and etc... We had also checked their website to make sure there were no restrictions or issues with picking up such items. So we decided to donate with them instead of selling. When the men arrived on pick up day they refused to pick up the dining room table (that is in excellent condition) and filing cabinet we wanted to donate to their charity because the items were "too heavy". We have had only 2 men move these items by themselves before with no issues. DO NOT waste your time donating, please find another charity that is appreciative of the donations you are willing to make.

I checked the dvd section and it had like roaches its pretty disgusting you have to be careful for that but it has a nice selection and its cheap so if your not shopping for dvd s than you’ll probably be fine

First the lady working on 6/9/23 at 11:20 inside seems to look at people the wrong way and then keeps staring at me like im a criminal which I don’t appreciate at all. Second the prices have gotten ridiculous when you are putting prices on stuff that are higher then ebay.

They sell stuff for cheap and they have good drivers to pickup donations. Drivers respect the property and people while picking up. People on the phone are very communicative. The senior staff is the best.

Not a big store, but staff is super friendly. That said, you never know what you might find, so give it a shot.
