The parents that have issues are parents that let their child do anything and get away with it. Then, they complain when the staff have to address their child's issues. Basic manners should be taught at home by the parents (and used in public by the parents) and not by the staff/teachers which takes away from classroom learning.I would love to see more educational learning but that's hard to do when they are dealing with behaviors. To be honest, thats across the board in all Florida's day cares.The staff they are caring. The children get fed healthy well balance snacks and meals. The building is always clean but could use some updating.No center is perfect. Overall, the children are safe and happy.FYI: If you have concerns, talk to Mrs. Wanda about it and have suggestions ready.All the daycares are complaining about staff shortages due to sickness or the fact that the pay is low in that field.NO, I DON'T WORK THERE.

PARENTS!! If you really love your child, DO NOT LEAVE THEM AT THESE PLACE. I UNDERSTAND THAT WE NEED TO WORK, BUT PLASE, OUR CHILDREN SAFETY HAS TO BE FIRST. I went there today to see the place and met the people that was going to take care of my child before I apply for the afterschool program, and I cannot explain how sad my heart felt after seeing those children. The place is really dirty, doors are open so anyone can get in, without being noticed, I get in and nobody notice that I was there for over 10 minutes. I don't like to judge people, but the lady's that work there looks really creepy. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR LITTLE ONES.

The site is not the best in the sense of what it looks like, but I have seen that the teachers are lovely and very friendly. My people, do not get carried away by what people say, there are many people who like to hurt other people.

DO NOT USE THIS DAYCARE - My kids attended this daycare for one day and that was enough to RUN, not walk, away from this place. I gave one star for the daycare looking 'nice' from the outside but that's it. Management is RUDE, RATCHET, UNPROFESSIONAL and IGNORANT. The owner/director is an old lady that seems to be losing her wits, she supposedly runs the place but has no clue what's going on - or at least pretends not to know. The conversations I had with the director and assistant was the most disgusting I've been spoken to all year. I already made a complaint to school readiness and want to leave this review here in hopes that it can save you from dealing with such vile, petty people.

Not a good place to have your children at all. The old lady up front is very rude. After my child leaves that place, I've learned that she was treating him very bad, even kicking his cot while he was trying to sleep. My son never told me because he was so scared of me going there to figure it out so he won't be in trouble, I was very upset.

Let me tell you what, I'm 18 now and I went there for pre-k through about 4th or 5th grade and I still remember how horrible it was. My mom WORKED THERE. She was in the room right at the other side of the front desk and during recess I got hit by a wooden block and the teachers took me to the front office and I had to sit there for like 3 hours waiting for my mom to get off work cuz ms.julie didn't care tf hat I was screaming and sobbing and bleeding. Worst place ever. I hope they got shut down by now if not they need to be. Serious health violations and probably some illegal activity, not gonna lie.

Safteyland is NOT a place you should have your child attend. First off, the kids constantly get sick. So the people who work are always sick which of course means being understaffed. Very outdated facility which leads to hazardous health problems such as mold and illnesses that could have your child in the hospital in some cases. VERY unprofessional they barely care about the children the way they brush off a child bleeding from being kicked in the mouth and no action was taken. You have to deal with rude staff that don't care if you choose to enroll a student, when you are have problems with an issue that's going on concerning your child its like playing Russian Roulette it may be resolved or the issue could continue. Not enough staff to supervise, too many complaints from parents and the list goes on. Unless you don't care about your child's well being and don't care if your child is getting the proper treatment while you are away then go right ahead. That place doesn't deserve the name it has. Worst daycare I've been to ever.

Can't wait to switch my son. I get off work at six, and the last time they changed his diaper was at 3:45. Mind you he had poop in his diaper that they didn't clean.

This is NOT to good of a good day care place, I've seen with my own eyes when the daycare/teacher was Screaming really loud at this little kid. I've also seen ms juley the lady at the front seat pushing another little kid and she also poked his head. That same lady also yelled at this little girl to not much something she was barley going to touch. I am not the only parent whose seen this, there's a couple parents that take their kids at the vpk and dislike how they treat the kids there, I really saw these things and I'm willing to put a complaint about this. I want to see these ladies touch a kid in front of their mom, I know they won't. My daughter is almost finishing school there but in not taking my kids there anymore, its a bad place to take your kids, I wouldn't recommend this place to no parent. The lady in the front desk ALWAYS has a bad additude and if you say hi to her she will say hi back but so seriouse and won't even look at you. She's a grown woman of age and so rude! Parens, please see who your trusting your kids, sometimes kids don't speak, but that doesn't mean there not being mis treated!
