Dropped car off for windshield replacement at 11am .Work was completed quickly and professionally in timely manner, even vacuum front floor. One week later and all is well with workmanship.

I dropped my care off at 8am and headed to work. I called at noon, the lady stated my car was complete. I arrived at 4pm to find that my car was not even started. It was still parked in the spot I had dropped it off at 7hrs earlier. The customer service advisor at the desk was very RUDE! I asked why my car wasn't finished, he stated we are busy. It is now 4:30 and they finally move my car to the service area. My car was not completed until close to 6pm. I have also contacted corporate regarding this. My time is as important as their time.

Quick and simple. The gentleman at the front desk on 3.11.24 was very respectful, knowledgeable, and informative. I left and came back about 90 minutes after drop off and my vehicle was ready. The young man that performed the service treated my truck with respect and did a great job. Thank you gentleman.

Had my windshield replaced a while ago, but was having an issue with heavy rains and water getting into my car. After doing some research, I was told that the roof molding needed to be removed and resealed underneath. I was unable to remove myself and contacted safelite. Tyler had me come in, found the issue, and resealed with polyurethane and retested for leaks. A+ customer service.

They definitely can and replaced my auto glass but I was a bit upset that the windshield wipers were not put in completely. I went to shop to have them secured.

I can't lie- the reviews, well they scared me. A rock had flown up and hit my windshield, semi cracking it, the crack curved and was starting to spread.I scheduled an open appointment, meaning you drop it before 9:30a and it's promised to be done by 5pm. If you don't want to read the rest: overall pleased with my experience.If you'd like to have details, see below:I went back around 4:30pm and waited for them to wrap up. During my 30 minutes I saw not one, but TWO customers have issues with their service- HEAR ME OUT before you stop reading and panic.Both incidents were that they CALLED a safelite rep to schedule their windshield replacement. How do I know? Great question. Because Elijah took time to explain where the misstep was to these customers & the lobby is small. The reps of the CALL CENTER are the ones poorly trained who are putting incorrect vehicle information. Resulting in incorrect items being ordered to local shops. And this in of itself is why so many reviews are poor, either the shop is getting incorrect items, or the items are delayed in transit/ hard to locate.Long story short- use them, but book through your insurance online as it directly links your VIN and modifications of your specific vehicle.A MASSIVE shout out to Elijah for his calm demeanor that I witnessed with both these other customers resulting in unpleasant trips. If it had been me being yelled at, I would have cried at some of the vulgar things that were said to him. He was calm and tried to provide a solution within his ability. He was also very kind to me throughout my visit.Secondary shout out to Anthony, the technician who worked on my car. He was upfront in letting me know everything was ready, a lifetime warranty on my windshield and that a little bit of dust might be on my dash. However when I got in my car, no dust was found. He took care of it already but still respectfully told me.Highly recommend! Just be sure to book your appointment through insurance/ online.

Safelight was fast and efficient with my Tesla windshield replacement. They had a computer glitch where they said I needed to pay a deductible. The counter person who checked me out didn't charge me the payment after I showed him proof that I did indeed have comprehensive insurance coverage.

You can ignore the bad reviews, Tyler and his crew make sure the job is done right, our Mercedes CLA needed a new windshield and they’ve done such a good job it looks factory, centered, no excess polyurethane etc inside around the pillars, A+++++ , going back for any other glass needs!
