Buying at Ross has become a headache when it comes to changing a product or even returning it. I bought some shoes for my son but he didn’t like the color. I come to the store with the need to exchange it for others of the same price different color, I just couldn’t because in the system it said that the sneakers I had bought cost 49 cents, but how unfair. I couldn’t do anything just to stay with the inconvenience and disappointment. I was a regular customer of this store but they are not able to help customers that is something that with my experience as explained I do not see the need to make life impossible for a simple customer.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had after waiting 5-10 min for someone to ring me out the old lady told me with an attitude “if u have hangers take Thames all off” I looked at her she started doing other things and when she saw I removed more then 15-18 of them then she came and started ringing me up I left two and she had the audacity to say “ remove those too “ excuse me no you can do that I don’t work for Ross she states “you don’t have to be rude about it “ am not rude I did all the hangers I don’t work for Ross you can do it then she thru them to the side and they fell on the floor KEEP IN MIND it was not busy there was no one in line for her to be or act that way. What the hell happened to customers service and doing the job you chose to do and the job you get paid to do . Honestly this country has gone down in the past years. Managers cared less when being told

Literally the rudest cashier and manager I've ever seen. I had a return, it was from July and without telling me nicely, they looked at me with such a disgusted mean face, saying why do i want to return items, and I'm not allowed to return at their store. Everywhere else I could return the clothes without disgusted rude facial expressions. Never going back. I don't even know why they say you can return things if they act this way with people.

I think that we don't go to a store to have a bad time, that's why when it was time to pay in this store and I had to go through the cashier Clevin or something like that his name is, I couldn't see his name well on his ID because it was blurry, I prefer to give my turn to another customer, I don't go to a store to be treated badly, he always has bad treatment, a bad face and a bad attitude and he always makes fun of the customers with another cashier who wears a wig and the sps, I will not stop going to this store because it is 5 minutes from my house but this is simply not right, I was a supervisor in this company and I know what I'm talking about, I made the complaint to the manager's assistant and she turned a deaf ear.

I went to checkout and after I was rung up and walking out, the security alarm went off! When I went to the side so security could check my things, the cashier who just helped me says “check her purse!” I told her “you just saw me pay, I don’t steal!”. So as security checked my store bag items and not my purse the cashier said “oh well you have a name brand bag thats why I said that”. After security checked the store bag that had my purchased item, turns out the dummy cashier put one of the security tags from the clothes I purchased in there. After her causing a scene like I stole but it was her own stupidity she just laughed!!!! I will never return back to this store, people like that cashier should not work there, accusing customers she just checked out of stealing, but she made the error herself!!!

The cashier provided a ripped $10 bill, when I requested to change it the cashier indicated "I can not reopen the register, and kept on walking away without apologizing. I walked to the security prevention guy and he related my request to the customer service rep he indicated the way to change the bill was for me to buy something (mind you already made a purchase). I left the store frustrated. First of all the store does not need a prevention guy doing absolutely nothing. Second, It is OK for the store to provide "Ripped dollars" but can not reopen the register when a customer tries to change the bill, it is not my fault nor the consumer the cashier closed the drawer so fast without waiting and making sure we are satisfied. Third, and final with all the revenues Ross makes it is time for the company to keep the store in order.

Not to sound funny.... But the security guard was hilarious 😎 his personality was bright and light. His smile was warming and he seemed like an all around nice guy. I was having an issue with my kids being their usual gremlin selves....😳!! He told a few simple jokes and the mood changed from night to day. I wish my grandma were single. I would hook them up. 🙂 He was was a delight.

I would give zero stars if it was an option store manager is for one is pure ignorance and two very lazy I even apologized to the cashier that she has to work with her 8 hours with her that would be draining alone I wish to have corporate number because she’s a store manger her comment on trying match prices for a shirt which were no where near the same an was trying to upsale and got pissed off at me because I refused to buy and chose something else one advice for her is if you hate retail and you hate your job don’t do it common sense

Heidy who works by the dressing room was responsible for opening the bathroom door had a horrible attitude, I hope moving forward she is kinder. She ruined my experience for the first time shopping
