They allow people to enter with dogs and they are not service dogs and even worse they put them in carts, really? It is a clothing store, apart from that if you go with children you put them in the cars. Dog is dog, animal is animal. They shouldn't allow it!

If you’re buying a lot count the number and check receipt in addition to the charges as they scan your items. Great deals but watch how they ring up stuff. Brought receipt with item not identifiable , manager was kind professional reviewed video, not sure how they align the purchase and vidoe simultaneously but i highly recommend to be aware of cashiers rapidly ringing up

Not impressed with this location. I returned a dog harness because it was too big. The worker tried sending me home with the harness I just brought in instead of the one I exchanged it for. Then sent me with the wrong receipt. When the second harness was too small and I had to take it back, it was a crappy surprise when I found out I couldn’t get my money back..they just wanted to give me a credit…I had my receipt both times??♀️ I won’t be back to this location.

This Ross is okay! I have been going there for over 10 years . I just recently found out that Ross doesn't have a system in place to locate items ,If a customer would like to purchase an item that is at another roster at a different location , there is no system in place to locate the items using the ticket information . You'll have to drive from one store to another store to another store like a chicken without a head in order to find the item you're looking for. Ross makes a lot of money they can easily put in a system that can locate items by the ticket information instead of having the customer running around to different stores like a chicken without a head . While I was in store having a discussion about this issue to the manager I had different customers coming up to me agreeing with what I was saying . We invest money in the Ross store it should not be this difficult to find products , we need a system in place that is convenient for both customers and employers to locate products and products information . One of the employers from Ross told me that they almost got beat up because they could not give the customer any product information on different locations . If ross doesn't put a system in place this can be a big issue in the future between Ross and customers.

This is a small store that offers some options but let me tell you...you will find many things for you, him, them, the house, and then more. Good quality. Store have plenty of parking, is clean and I will only ask for...music... background, soft music. But everything else, perfect.
