Horrible customer experience. Absolutely horrible. Was that way on a previous trip, but I chalked it up to a one-time deal because they were busy that day. However, this second time, I had more customer service issues. Different ones. But more and just as horrible. One major issue is the staff looks down on you and treats you like a nuisance and that you should be grateful for them ignoring you at checkout or that you should know theyre asking themselves things about your transaction in spanish but then when you answer- Very white presenting here- they are offended and mock your answer and continue ignoring you until its time to take your money.

Don’t shop at this location unless you want to get embarrassed because they are following you all around the store because they think you might be stealing. They barely speak English and when I asked the “store manager” what was going on she starts talking to me in a rude manner in Spanish and I said I don’t speak Spanish and she mocks me and says yeah you don’t speak Spanish sure! I did get loud with them but do you blame me? I had more than enough money to buy everything I wanted but my mom rushed me because she felt so uncomfortable. I should’ve had them call the police so we can watch the cameras together so I can laugh in their face. I think this location needs to better train their employees and hire a professional manager.

I just spent $254.84 in this store in the cashier couldn't even greet me with being very nasty towards me I felt her negativity I didn't get her name but she was on register 5 at 5:42 p.m. on July 20th 2024 I guess she treated me like that because of my skin color that's how I felt I'm going to pray for her I'm going to pray for everyone that was in the store time the two heart for a person to spend that much money in the store and your workers are treating people that way I came so close to getting a refund but it's all good.

Their prices are going up so much that I can't even afford to shop there A suitcase for $69? People work hard there and there's only one or two people in the store They should hire more people that's a lot of work for only a few employees.

Nice store, good quality clothes etc. at very good prices. They seem a bit low staffed, so you may have to wait a bit to check out. But, it's generally not as crowded as other Ross stores around, so it's a good shopping experience. A shout out to staffer Nipun, who was extremely helpful as we inquired about some furniture, and also was super friendly as he checked out our purchases.

No cashiers 30+ people in line waiting and there’s only 1 or 2 cashiers. The store manager don’t care and lazy af and doesn’t help them at all

It is very sad that I have to make this type of reviews because I am Cuban, like the staff that works in this store, it is very unpleasant to see how we bring the bad customs of our low world countries to the first world, the unprofessional ladies talking out loud about anything and even about the same customers who bought there, complaining because people bought and returned the next day, and even giving opinions about the same customers

My wife and I have been shopping at this location for years and for the most part its been OK. They slowly been getting worse and worse. After today we will never shop here again and we will Warn friends and family to stay away also. This store is dirty, unorganized and the manager and employees are rude and unprofessional. I can't even put into words how disrespectful they are. Don't shop here it's not worth your time or energy. Besides that they just don't have any good inventory.
