I have been going to Roman Group for the preparation of my personal taxes for years and never had a problem until this year. They made several mistakes on the submission of my taxes that have left me in a very difficult predicament. When I reached out to the person who worked on my taxes (Marlene) she was very uncourteous and unprofessional and to some extent disrespectful and did not offer any help or assistance with my situation. Now my refund is lost and I don't know what to do next. I am very dissapointed with my experience here and will probably not be coming back. Very sad.
UPDATE: Due to the mistakes of these tax preparers:
1) My tax refund was mailed in the form of a check instead of direct deposited
2) My tax refund check was mailed to the wrong address
3) Somebody fraudently deposited my refund check into their personal account...
As of right now, I've lost all of my tax refund check because of this.
I've tried calling several times for help... no answer.
THINK TWICE before using them. I thought it would never happen to me here.

Román Group is a great place to do your personal or business taxes . I must say you will have to be patient as the team is extremely busy during tax season . I began dropping off my tax documents and they call me a two weeks later they are ready for pick-up . Great staff , very humble and honest individual . May god bless you Jose and your team .

Extremely hard to get a hold of. Every time I call, I get some random excuse from his receptionist. The best one I got was last week. She told me he is out of town, but if he calls you on Tuesday, he can take you on, but if I don’t hear from him on Tuesday, that means he’s busy. ? You would think I was trying to get an appointment with the president. Thx lady!

I go with My mother when I was a kid to do her taxes with Jose and since I got older enough to start my job I have been with Jose to do my taxes since my first job! That’s about 20 years and continuing! Jose and staff always do professional thank you so much!

I was a client for several years of this company. I am very disappointed with the quality and treatment of the clients. It is a poorly organized office. It did not matter if you had a scheduled appointment with them. If you had an appointment schedule it was taking hours to be seen there , sometime after waiting hours with an scheduled appointment I told to go home and come back another day. I was always seen for my business and personal taxes in a rush with multiples interruptions during my visit. Roman was seeing more than one person at a time , creating chaos during the consultation. In multiple opportunities the person responsible to place my monthly information in the computer to keep up with my account did not do it before my scheduled visit. Roman fake a friendship to take advantage of you. In may case it was created and sub company to manage my real company when it was not needed, just with the intention of charge me a monthly fee and he attempted not to close it after my request , which I considered as dishonest and poorly professional . I would never ever recommend a company like this to anyone looking for a serious and honest company. I had to pay a penalty for $2000.0 after closing my company>.In another opportunity the IRS returned to me $15,000.00 for mistakes Roman committed during the preparation of my taxes.NEVER , EVER do business with this company..
