This company sent me the wrong product and had me pay $31.15 to return. They refused to refund my return shipping cost which they said over the phone they would. They refunded my purchase price because they know they sent the wrong cushion, but refuse to send the cost of return shipping which they said they would because it was their mistake. They sent wrong order!I have record of 11 emails with them. Nova, the cushion company doesn't know who they are and said they are a third party company who sells and seems to have a legitimate looking website. Lismuy, the manager said her "team" will look into my complaint. It's been almost 3 weeks and no response. DO NOT USE THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DEFINITELY NOT HONEST!!

These rubber feet actually fit our commode. I tried 2 other brand: 1 was too small and 1 too big!

I drove more than an hour for an equipment that I am urgently needed to find out that they closed one hour (5:00 pm) before than their closing hour posted not only on their door but on their website.

They need to update their service hours. Arrived at 5PM and they are already closed when they say 6PM on their site. Was not advised this when called over the phone and asked hours of operations either. I drived for almost an hour to arrive for this, completely unacceptable for a business.
