Definitely never coming back here again!! Machine won’t stop and ran us into the back of a truck. The manager tried to tell us we were on our own.

This place and the management are the worst. Super unprofessional and won’t help when an accident happens using their conveyor belt and will lie to you and say it’s a moving issue. There is no corporate email. It’s some gmail and the number goes right to the office. DONT USE THIS CAR WASH

The worst car wash in America. The attendant didn’t raise the brush on the truck in front of us and the brush was caught on the back of their truck racks and it held his car back. We then ran into the tuck and kept running into the truck. Wendy open “manager” came out to resolve the situation, he told us we hadn’t been hit, and he also told us that we need to resolve this through our insurance, which is not in fact true. We called the police and they informed us that since the cars are on a conveyor belt, we are actually not driving and not at fault. The manager also became a rate when we asked for footage of the cameras and we asked for information for the owners or corporate office, and he responded with “since you wanna go back-and-forth we can handle this blah blah blah” super unprofessional. He then started talking crazy and so we started talking crazy and decided to call the police. He locked myself out of the building, but like my wife inside. The police came and told us that we needed to call the insurance and get a written claims report from riptide which they didn’t even tell us. Definitely canceling my membership. Definitely going to sue these people.

Dan signed me up for a $10 carwash and I am currently being charge $39 dollars. You guys can't be doing this to the community.
