I was in Tampa and my watch felt a bit tighter than usual. I looked for a watch service, Richmond was top rated. I walked in, I had my watch adjusted by a lovely lady and I was out the door with no fee in less than 3 mins. I was looking for another Tudor or Rolex to buy due to her outstanding customer service.
