I have several sushi restaurants. So my last three orders are as follows, My first two were completely incorrect and the wrong product was sent. My last which was suppose to be today never showed up. This company has gone to the crappers.I can't wait for these awful sales people to call me next. Please don't waste your time and go through another distributor . Unprofessional and unorganized .

Ive placed all my orders online because I’ve never met my rep and I’ve owned the bar for 14 months now my driver quit and I didn’t get my delivery today and I don’t know who to call. This might be the absolute worst company I’ve ever experienced in my life honestly I don’t need 1800 or deep Eddy that bad anyway good riddance. If I owned a liquor, I would never have these people distribute it. I tried to call and there’s no one to talk to.

Totally frustrated. Put my order in on Tuesday for a Friday delivery. Today is Tuesday again and we're still waiting. Checking the web page - says it has been delivered on scheduled Friday ? Right now sitting on the phone waisting my time. Customer service seems to be non existing. As they knew that the products were sent back to the warehouse because because the delivery was canceled on their part! How about a phone call or better yet....send a sales rep with the few boxes and keep your account happy?!Not the first time with this company.

Terrible. Parked in our office parking, blocking everyone from getting in and out. When I called the warehouse, I was told I was mistaken and hung up on.

Santana was very nice and congenial and the reseptionist was also vary congenial ( it was a pleasant visit ?) very clean, organized and professional.

All the posts detailing how bad this company is are true. Customer service is awful, warehouse makes mistakes often, I've gotten wine bottles that are completely covered in dust and were stored standing up ( meaning the corks went dry.) When orders aren't fulfilled you don't get a phone call or email.. you find out the day of when you realize your order never came in and its on you to call and see what happened. I've been charged for orders I''ve never made, given orders I never asked for. There is a clear lack of respect for your business and lack of accountability of republic nationals shortcomings. I would look elsewhere for things you need as core items on your menu.

Very low stock. Half my house wines are unavailable. Sent me moldy wine bottles as well as bottles with dried out corks. Missed shipment dates, charged for products I never got, received items I never asked for. The list goes on, the only thing you can depend on is that no one will care or take responsibility for their mistakes at RNDC.
