They definitely have only minimal experience with business accounts or the business accounts they have don’t deposit much money. I deposited in excess of 20K, I can access $275 the next day, 3 days later I can access $5300, and the remainder is available 11 days later. I think I’ll look for another branch that deals with businesses!

Regions used to be a no fee or super low fee bank. But today (12-2023), they are SUPER expensive. Their fees are higher than Chase Bank and LESS services thank Chase, Wells Fargo.. Regions is charging more than the big banks. We are taking our 4 business accounts to the credit union which has the same level of services as Regions. Sad, they use to have zero to NO fees.

Decent at times but horrible with communicating with their customers when the ATM machine is not accepting deposits. Most of their locations have updated machines that notify customers that they’re not allowed to make a deposit at this location. Their machine is so outdated that you have to go through the whole process to find out that they are not accepting deposits so that you can intern waste more time and drive around to the drive-through. Hopefully one of these days they get with the 21st-century…

I had another customer almost hit my car going to the ATM so they could cut in front of me. I spoke to the branch manager about it she could care less.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The staff including the bank manager are extremely rude and should not be working in customer service positions. They were ultimately the reason i left Regions bank altogether- absolutely appalling! Avoid this branch at all costs.

I love going into this branch they all know me they always take care of me even during the COVID-feel very safe going in there as well as Bailey and her team or just wonderful

I honestly have had so many poor experiences with this bank in the short few months I've been with them that I could write pages. Here's just a few of the key points.

First the teller, brown curly hair, that called me up ignored me and started having a conversation with another teller and someone they both seemed to know at the drive through. Then she kept asking me for my card & id, which I had already handed her. Needed specific statement dates printed, had to repeat the dates over and over, get home and the one of statements isn't even the correct year.
