I was at this branch today to get a simple paper notarized. First they looked at it and told me to wait. After the wait they looked at it again to tell me they can’t do it. Why did you tell me to wait if you looked at it? No alternate solution offered just a straight no can’t do it. So I went to Chase bank where they made me wait even longer but at least they knew how to notarize a paper. I know they don’t require higher education to work at a bank but this was just unbelievable. Was looking for one reason to stay with Regions.. I hope they will know how to close my account when I find time to go back to do it.

I was looking to open a business account with a local bank and Teaka Lizardo picked up the phone.To my pleasant surprise she was one of the most knowledgeable bankers I've spoken with and it was a breather of fresh air to hold a conversation with her.I called on a Wednesday and was so impressed with her intelligence and overall knowledge of the business products Regions offered that I made an appointment for the next day.I highly recommend her service as she gave Regions a good name!

A friend recommended me Region's bank and this particular branch. My friend the branch made her feel welcomed and like family. I would have to agree. In fact, after meeting with Silvana and other bank staff members I moved my banking from another well-known bank. I moved because it felt like the right thing to do. So far, I believe it was the right decision.

Waiting in the the drive-thru for 10 minutes before being told they'd be right with me which was understandable. Another vehicle pulled up and the same person, who greeted me (Barbara) helped the vehicle that just pulled up. I had to wait another 5 minutes and when I asked her what happened, she talked to me extremely poorly. I will never visit this branch again. I've been doing a ton of business with Regions over the past 20 years. Branch service has completely tanked since Marty Lanahan was the area President. Business relationships have soured as well. Regions is a shell of itself.

This branch, specifically Erika Linares are the absolute worst. I deposited 10k to my account on the 3rd and Erika assured me it would be deposited in my account midnight on the 5th.On the 6th, the funds aren't there. And when I call her, she says they put a hold on it until the 16th! I have to wait 2 weeks to have money in my account! And even better, because they didn't deposit any of the month in my account, they overreacted me!Along with that, I asked to speak with her manager, but apparently she won't be in until Thursday. They work real banker hours here. Do not bank with this branch of the bank. I am working with another branch to try to sort this out but this branch, with Erika working there, are absolutely horrific at their job.

I've been with them for over a year and they have the worst online application that always goes down for at least 24 hour's also they have screwed up deposits several time's and now i had a employer deposit cash in my account for month's and this time they deposited twice the amount i was supposed too receive so i thought that the balance was correct and paid some bill 4 day's later and now my account is negative almost $400.00 !!!! And they even erased the mess up from the online app ! To boot they blame me but ! I dont have overdraft so thier is no way i can over drawl my money ! They can kiss my a$$ if they think I'm going too deal with collections and pay interest on thier screw up and it's at least once every 2 month's . Banks are a scam crooks with a smile ...
