This branch atm is always out of service this branch definitely needs to be looked at by corporate just by looking at the ratings seems to me that regions quality standard is slipping.

Regions Carrollwood is the best bank around. Nicest people, most helpful people. Especially Tom, my trusted advisor for everything I need and every question I have. I would recommend Regions to everyone I know.

ATM always eat card and don't give you your money and the people that work in the back treats you like you did something wrong. Then take days before they give you your money. Secondly when you go into the bank to make a withdrawal they never have enough money to give you. The staff is prejudice and rude!; I'm withdrawing all my money out!!

ATM is not working half the time forcing me to use another one. Then they have the nerve to charge me for using a non-regions ATM. If I was cynical I would think they did it on purpose to get more fees.

My experience with the staff at the North Dale Mabry location was phenomenal manaan was very helpful and her counterpart that works there was also helpful walking in the door she came out from the high in her cubicle took care of customers standing in line with deposits I called this customer service great organization great operating staff here at this branch

What's the point of scheduling an appointment when the 4 men that arrived after me were attended to first. I scheduled a wire transfer to close on my home and made sure to be there early only to be looked over.

Regions is the worst bank on earth. They have a term that says they provide "Relationship Banking"...... they have no clue as to what that is suppose to be. You are treated like a number at this bank, not like a customer. Worst bank on earth. Find another bank - seriously.

A Business Mgr, so I went through the drive through to make a deposit this morning before work began at 10am. Arrived at 9:20am only to find a construction cone behind the last vehicle in the Commerical line so I pulled over to the regular line (which by the way) was 3 cars deep.I sat in that line until 9:45am where as at this time the line had moved only once. I had to drive off in order to get the business open by the appropriate time. Still holding deposits.

Customer for ten plus years. What a nightmare only wanted to order more checks and change my address. You would think I was calling the pentagon. Basically a place where people make 12 to 15 bucks an hour and just want to get out of there at 4pm. Here is a novel idea actually install phone numbers for the fake phones in the branch so customers can call you!!!

Regions bank has the worst customer service ever. They will not count your money. They wanted all face and wrapped. They stand there with nothing to do all day and gossip about customers. I had to listen to them Goss up numerous times. They will not call you when you're in line and nobody's in the bank because they're busy behind the counter without any customers. Every bank at Regions is absolutely ridiculously ran very poorly.

After 12 years with them, I understand why two locations have closed down. Highly unethical and unprofessional service by staff. I would highly look somewhere else to bank as they do not value customers. Do not wait until it happens to you...
