Opening this bank was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made ! They do not care or communicate as they should with their customers! Customer service is horrible! I wouldn’t ever recommend this bank to anyone ! And when you call customer service they are very rude as well! Please do yourself a favor and get yourself a credit union you’ll come out much better. !

They should just close this branch already, the tellers have no idea what they are doing, the managers all they do is joke around and watch people in line get nothing done, atm is never working, just close this branch already the one on Fowler and 30th is faster and works this one is a waste of time and space

The ATM is broken 75% of the time. Hours posted on door and online are never followed (empty building, lights off 20min after opening hours or closing early often). Each bad review has "someone" replying here apologizing for their experience - but it goes back 6 or 7 years with the same complaints. This location has insane policies lately that Regions Corporate says are not company wide like "If you wanna pull out more than $1000 cash from the drive up - you need to leave the safety of your locked car and come into the bank to withdraw that money and we will awkwardly read out loud OH YOU NED 7000 CASH OUT OF CHECKING AND WANT IT IN HUNDREDS OK SIR"..... I regret our wife moving our accounts here. I would give zero stars if I could. Zero follow up ever from anyone after lodging complaints with Regions Corporate and the local manager is ineffectual at best.

Horrible customer service. I went in to withdraw 1100$. I was told that 1100 was not available. I then asked to withdraw 1k. The teller gave me 1k but withdrew 1100 from my account. Now I’m having trouble getting my money back. All I’m asking is for them to rewind the camera

I have to come to this bank because of work every time I come here I wait and wait for a ridiculous amount of time it makes me so very thankful that the bank I use is a credit union GTE and the only reason why I come to this pathetic bank is when I’m sent here to get change for my job !!!!

Generally seems busy because theres 1 teller for drive up window & inside bank. If it does get busy then managers or indoor customer service providers do step up to help out. Wish there were more branches on this side (East-ortheast side of tampa/Temple zTerrace) otherwise you are stuck w/longer drive times & longer waits.) Otherwise the service I receive is great & they a NEVER make you feel like a nameless/faceless number.Thank God!

Don't go to drive through between noon and 1pm as you will sit for 30 min. or more. Sad they closed down the other branch

I called the branch several times on a Saturday morning to confirm what documentation I would need to provide to add a beneficiary to my account but no one answered. I called the customer service line and a rep provided me with the details and confirmed the branch that I called was open.I arrived at the branch 10 minutes before closing but the doors to the lobby were locked. I went around to the drive through and waited. When I got to the front the teller said I had to come inside to get this done but they were not accepting anymore people inside because they were about to close and they already had customers inside. I asked her could they make an exception because I arrived before the closing time but the doors were locked. She refused and said I had to come back on Monday.I have a few issues with this situation.1. The only reason I arrived so late is because I could not reach anyone at the branch and had to spend 20+ minutes on the customer service line.2. The teller told me to come back on Monday as if I don't have a job of my own. Sweetheart, if I was available on the weekday, I wouldn't be wasting my Saturday morning in your drive through. Surely there are better thing for me to engage in during my freetime on the weekend.3. If you advertise you close at 12 pm, then you should accept customers until 12 pm. It is poor customer service to turn away a long time customer that has not caused any issues.4. There was a woman in front of me in the drive through that handed the teller her card and ID and drove around to the front. If you were able to make an exception for this customer why would you not do the same for the next. It may be a coincidence that the teller and customer were both Hispanics but it definitely made me feel like there was some favoritism that was going on.

If you don’t have an account with this bank they will treat you horrible. I was in the drive thru and the teller said I should go inside next time, even though I’ve been cashing the same check at the drive thru for weeks now. She put me last, and I seen at least 3 cars get taken cared of before she got back to me. It’s ridiculous. How hard is it to verify my ID and cash a small check. This was 02/18/2020 at around4pm.

Came here to cash a check at 11:40 on a Saturday. They have hardly any people working at the bank. The lines were all the way to the parking lot. They had ppl that work there sitting at their desk not helping customers. Then they shut the doors 5 min before 12 and customers are banging on the doors. Everyone is heavily breathing and upset. Was the most uncomfortable feeling ever. Never dealing with this bank. I know it’s bc of lack of staff but the staff is super slow! They take 20-25 min to cash a simple check!! Then they ask u so many times if u would like to bank with them. Even after u say no they keep insisting holding back the line. How dreadful. Go to different location. Might have better service.
