The bank provides very good service but unfortunately Mrs. Wilnar Borgues believes that because she is sitting behind a desk she can treat people with attitude and racism. I deposited two checks a month ago and a week passed and they did not clarify. I personally went to the bank and she He treated me horribly ? in front of my 6 year old daughter he said that I had deposited fraudulent checks and that was the reason why they didn't clear the checks I told him. It was impossible that the checks came from the woman with the job and I have been working with her for a long time and the other from Home Depot, she threatened me that the FBI is investigating me for those checks that I should get support from the people who helped me. They had given them and so I did, I sent the support and the staff from the lady's bank and there they cleared the checks yesterday they made me a zell and the account rejected it and I went to the branch today in person and she told me her account is blocked for suspicion of fraud and we are going to close the account and if money will be sent in a check I do not understand if I am supposedly committing fraud as I am doing. Let's give money ? ? My God, what a bad time that lady gave me.

Katie, The manager at this bank has helped me a few times and she was wonderful both times. She has great customer service qualities, and having her as a manager at this bank is a great asset for the bank... Thank you Katie!!

Was told the lady handling my deposit coul not finish and someone else took over because it was too much money, also waited for 30min and was moved to a closed lane because "it was going to take a couple of minutes"

******* MANAGEMENT PLZ READ AGAIN!***** Sitting at the drive thru teller at 812 am and no one is here! The teller opens at 8 AM, where are your staff? I pay my bills on the first every month. This is the worst day to not open on time!

Love regions as a bank, but will not be returning to this branch if I can help it. I’ve been going to regions every day for the past 6 years for my job and have never encountered a rude employee until coming to this location (and I’ve been to 5-6 in the Tampa/Brandon area). Tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt the first time but after 2 times I think I’ll stick to a different location.

I don't usually write reviews, but people deserve to be informed to make decisions about where they do business, so here is my review and comment for this facility.I opened a business account and tried to link my online banking to my business which they told me I could but not right there and then, the banker told me that I had to wait a few days for the system to process the account and then gave me instructions to do it online. After weeks (the system should have processed already) I follow the instructions and the system does allow me to do it. I called the number on the back of my card and they told me that the banker never connected my tax ID to the account. She also told me that I had to call the branch where I opened the account to have them do it and that they could do it over the phone. When I call this facility, someone tells me that they cannot do it over the phone and asked me if I called the number on the back of the card. When I told them that I did, then she said that she had to get a banker to call me back in 2 hours.Not that bad, but this took an hour out of my time when it should have been resolved from the very beginning with the banker doing what he was supposed to do.Waste of time.

Staff at this branch did follow up on the issue that he couldn't resolve in the office. However, the phone support team was not helpful at all.
