Atms down every week almost..No other branch other than this one is like that..Not impressed at all the bank.. Even after u tell them, they dont seem to care..

I've had multiple accounts with Regions for 14 years. I recently went in to deposit my daughter's birthday check and the manager refused to do so. Narciso DeHoyos was extremely rude and unprofessional. This all started when I tried to do this banking at the ATM outside but my Regions card expired without the bank ever sending me a new one before its expiration date. They do not care about their customers. When I purchased my house I tried price shopping with them. They wouldn't even have a lending agent contact me back. This is the final straw for me. I will never do business with them again.

Horrible bank! Absolutely horrible have had so many problems with this bank its ridicules! One minute I have 800$ in my account the next day 1200$ and then negative 200$ when I only had 120$ in there to start with! Are not reliable and are not responsible for what they mess up!

They closed the regions Bank nearest to me the second one nearest to me does not have a drive-thru. What bank doesn't have a drive-thru. During covid who wants to walk into a bank to make a deposit. Branch manager Ediel Hernandez very nice. Unfortunate I'm going to have to find another bank.

Avoid! While under construction there's only an atm, if you want to deal with a human you can make an appointment and wait outside in the heat and then deal with them through a window- while still in the blazing heat. My appointment was ignored, so I still had to use the window of hell, while miserable people sweated around me. NEVER this branch again.

Deposited $300 into the atm. The atm stole my money with no receipt. Went in the next morning to handle the issue. The woman I dealt with said that I had to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back, which is an outrage. At least Bank of America credits your account immediately when their atm eats your money. Now I don't trust my bank or the people running it. Total bs that your bank can leave you high & dry when it is their fault. Closing my account as soon as these crooks give me my $ back.
