After not having the best experience at another regions bank today, I decided to take my check down to Tommy and Alex at the Kennedy branch as I have been helped by them previously with prior transactions with both ease and professionalism. Running a new small business here in Tampa, getting access to company funds in a timely manner is extremely important for a contractor that deals with clients, budgets and timelines that need to be met in a consistent fashion, which is something as a business owner, I strive to provide. This is the same consistency you can find when dealing with these gentleman as they steered me in the correct direction Today while offering several solutions to my needs as a customer/small business owner. They honestly went out of there way to take the time to present my options and explain in detail how they work prior to ultimately creating a great solution I was happy with. Unfortunately I did not receive the same type of customer service, expertise, options or kindness from the swann Ave location that didn’t care to cater to my small business in the manner these guys did today, have done in the past and will be the reason why I continue working with regions in the future. Thanks gents, keep up the good work! Btw they had a new banker in training which they made meaware of while dealing with my inquiry today and I’m glad he’s being taught by some solid team members.

Save yourself time and frustration and bank at another branch or change banks all together! I went in to wire transfer money to pay off my mortgage. Nayim had no idea what he was doing and did not complete the transaction correctly. Instead of calling to let me know the transaction did not go through he sent an email which postponed the scheduled payoff and cost me additional money. When I spoke with him he blamed me for and said it was my fault. After receiving the email, I called the bank three times. Finally on the third time I spoke with someone that told me Nayim was with the manager and what they were doing was more important than speaking to me. I asked that the manger call me back. He never did.

I'm in the drive-thru as we speak on Friday 9:30 no line is moving for 15 min ,lobby is close down very very embarrassing this what happened on Friday , busiest days of the week big disappointment on regions Bank ... looks like very bad management

I will be contacting the news media. Me and my husband has been married for 10 years. We went to the bank to do business as usual and while standing in line he kisses me on my cheek. The Female manager comes out and says to my husband " this is not the place to show your colors" I am appalled that we live in 2019 and is still treated is this type of hatred

The most unprofessional Branch I've ever visited. When the teller deposited my check into someone else's account, I drove back to the bank to notify them my money is not in my account. At this time the ghetto female manager was very rude and belligerent. I love Regions Bank but this branch is a inaccurate representation of what Regions Bank is about.

The slowest bank I have ever been to. Never, I repeat, never come here during the lunch hours. I sat in line for 45 minutes a few weeks ago with no apology or explanation for the hold up. Maybe they're understaffed....
